The Sairu Kingdom in the Middle East continues to oppose the Federation thanks to its considerable military strength; the A-LAWs are sent to subdue the nation and Sergei is posted at the country's border to monitor the situation.

Anyway, Hallelujah's return was definitely the best part of the episode imo.

And man, I'd rather watch more of Kataron(but no moping Marina plox) and A-LAWS than boring ol' CB.

And yeah, Garazzo is awesome! Fucking win I say. Putting up a GN Field, that's something only the original drives and the Alvatorre/Alvarron are capable of, until now that is. Just wait when it's used for mass produced units.
And then there's the speed. Seems like Trans-Am is slowly becoming a non-issue now.

Of course, fortunately for CB, it has the 0 Rizer to stabilize the twin drive and Hallelujah, to save their asses. :lmao

Nah, he's unique. Saji has been guilt-tripped into working for them after experiencing stockholm syndrome at the hands of his captors. He had the right attitude, but now he's one of them and is therefore no longer interesting. All he's got left is a resolution with Lucy and hopefully a swift bullet to the brain for conspiracy.

Seriously, Marina is almost as useless as Relena. Actually, more useless.

Summary of her character development for the past 5 episodes:
1.) babysitter for kids
2.) says Setsuna's name every once in awhile
3.) ...
4.) .... babysitter for kids

On the other hand, Hallelujah is back to kick ass. Gundam00 + 0-Raiser is new and sh1ny. And by the end of the series Ali Saachez will be with that Thrones' girl (forgot her name with freckles).

Actually, I can't really say when a Middle Eastern city was truly destroyed. Maybe during the Iraq/Iran war, but even then it's not at all comparable to wars fought in Europe and East Asia. Besides wars with Israel, I'm not really sure how conflict in the Middle East has existed in the past few hundred years.

Compared to the pain and war Western nations have experienced, they're probably better off, historically speaking.

I didn't say they've been peaceful, but the way they had fought wars for hundreds of years and the place in which they live (a freakin' desert), they don't really support excessively bloody and violent wars. It wasn't until they had oil and could afford to buy Western styled and equiped armies that they could fight industrial style wars, but the fact that they produce oil has kept them relativily peaceful.

Until some jerkoff like Sadam gets ambitious, they tend to keep to themselves, f-ing their goats and shaving their women.

Bah, either way, they likely fight wars primarily because they're bored and fighting wars is glorious, until too many people die that is.

Once they've ran out of oil, they'll probably go back to their little tribal wars that revolve around their livestock; goats, horses, and women.

Marina is really totally useless. She doesen't really affect the plot except as Damsel-in-distress thus far, and she lacks the charisma to pull of a believable love interest role (but then, so does Setsuna)

Patrick remains epic.

I suspect what happened with the GN-particles was that the Double-0 trans-am boosted the power of the Innovator/Super Soldier GN-telepathy somehow. (an interesting result, wouldn't surprise me if it could be used to disrupt it in some fashion too)

Hmmm, there's obviously a connection between the super-soldiers and innovators.

I theorized this with my friend who posts on this board NewtypeS3. My idea was thus. The HRL's Human Research Institute which was abandon by it's country in terms of finances was supported largley during the time between by Celestial Being where the Super Soldiers were used to test theories that would eventually lead to the creation of the Innovators. It would also explain why Marie could talk to AL through telepathy, as Regene stated to Tieria such things were possible thanks to GN Particles.

Hopefully he will get a more serious role towards the end of the series. Something dramatic that will make him fit into the ending, hell give him a TTGL death as long as the comic relief doesn't last until the very end of the show. It just wouldn't feel like Gundam then:cry
