How do you think the men of Naruto would react if it turned out they had a daughter?

There have been topics about the Naruto characters having kids, but I think having a daughter would be a whole lot more interesting, since a lot of the ninja are men.

So, what do you think?

They would simply raise them in the same way any of the fathers of the other female Ninja do. Hopefully better than Hiashi did with Hinata though. Some might be disappointed without a son, but hopefully most would love there daughters.

Naruto: His eyes would bug out and then he would react with amazing enthusiam. Asking a bunch of questions, going off and buying a billion things for the kid, getting everyone to help him paint the room (probably in all orange D:). He'd be the sort to talk to the mother's tummy all the time. :3

Sasuke: He'll be the sort to go into research, looking up information on what's the best food and all that jive. He loved his brother and once he gets over whatever issues he has now I can see him being capable of warmth in a certain way. Probably overly protective and seeing Naruto as a bad imfluence. xD

Orochimaru: Be amused and wonder about what kind of experiments he can do from the start.

Jiraiya: Ah, the one most likely to have love children, eh? :P Indulgent parent. But considering what a perv he is he might just end up trying to cushion the child from the rest of the world. He would be hell on whatever guy the girl brings home.

Kakuzu: Will charge the mother money for usage of his sperm. I'm not even kidding. Might teach the kid how to make money and take a cut of whatever she makes.

Hidan: Buys his girl her first scythe and brings her around on bloody excursions.

Maybe I'll come back with more later, fun topic.

Yeah I think Deidara would be pretty protective.

An interesting thing though to wonder about Deidara being a father of a daughter would be...would he want her to get into explosions too or would he only try to do that if he had a son?

Although I'm not sure if Deidara would actually try to get his kids to do the same kind of art as him anyway. He might just hope that they become artists in some way.

If Deidara had a daughter I'm sure he'd keep her away from being involved with those Uchiha boys. lol.

For the boy who never had a family and grew up alone until he had his sensei and team.....and then getting married latter on life....I am sure he will be enthuastic whatever gender it is.....

I think he'd secretly be pleased, though. My Dad wanted a boy at first, but he changed his mind about halfway through. He was pleasently surprised!

That would be so appropriate. I agree with Mayhem though, I think Shikamaru think that having a girl with spunk is good since she'll get places in the world.

It's times like these that knowing who Sakura's or Ino's parents were would have helped. My guess is that a majority of the shinobi would be overprotective of their daughters, and some that we revere as heartless and cold, such as Sasuke would show warmth towards them.

Ebisu would be one of those constant worriers... And he'd probably end up with a rambunctious kid too. I don't know why, but I see that.

For some reason I see Neji treating his daughter much like he would a son, at least with regards to training. I think he'd be at loss when it comes to the more "girly" things...and boys. I could see him giving the Silent Stare Down and oh-so-subtle threatening presence to any boy who dared think he was good enough to take out his daughter.

Naruto would be such a loving father! Maybe a bit "too lenient," and he'd certainly be a confuzzled new parent, but he'd get the hang of it. He'd be really protective no matter what the gender, but perhaps a little more so with a girl? I don't know.

I see the Universe being very cruel to Shikamaru and giving him like ten children since he only wanted two, and a disproportionate number of one gender, whichever is most troublesome. ^_^

I somehow see Shino's daughter being cute and more outgoing than her father. The other girls would not share in her appreciation of bugs, though. I don't know if there'd be too much of a difference for Shino if it were a boy or girl. Either way he'd be a subdued parent.

Poor Gaara would be at a loss. I feel like he'd be one of those "distant" parents who really cares deeply on inside, but doesn't show it much, at least not on his face (:P).
