Sasuke can just use the Juin boost to spam Amaterasu, although all this would do is speed up Suna's defeat to KN4, which they can't hurt. Their only possible way of doing that is the chakra sealer, but the chances of that working are so small, as to be derisory

Sasuke with EMS and CS2 could stomp literally any opponent in the Narutoverse. He rapes with ease. Sasori is by far the greatest threat on Team Sand but with Sharingan Sasuke can read and evade all of Sasori's attacks and take him down with a single shot of Amaterasu. Temari is the second strongest on team sand with her wind based attacks especially Kiri Kiri Mai she is a great threat but since Katon>>>>> Fuuton. Amaterasu or really mabey even Katon Gokakyuu no jutsu takes her out. For Chiyo who is the next greatest threat, Sasuke read's and dodges her moves in a similiar fashion with Sasori only with greater ease and then moves uses extending Chidori lance to kill her. The case is the same with Kankuro as well. Gaara is easily the weakest on Team Sand and least threatening to Sasuke. The speed of sand never appears to grow despite how much stronger he gets only the amount he can control at once increase's. Especially since Gaara isnt in the desert he is a joke, Suna no Tate was to slow against even Chunin Exam's arc Sasuke and since the speed of it never improves and Sasuke has only gotten faster Gaara is screwed. Even regular chidori pierced Gaara's Zettai Bougyo so a much stronger variation in the form of Chidori Lance just makes this that much easier for Sasuke.

A lot of what you said is true and I came to the same conclusion.

Sasuke would do worse against Kazekage Gaara even now. You counter speed with quantity. Sasuke has no way around the amount of Sand that Gaara used on Deidara, Incredibly if you think about it even Susano'o would be a hard sell against the Quicksand Waterfall. And you should tell Kimimaro about Gaara's small sand supply. The Sannin Battlefield seems perfect for a little ground compression.
You put Naruto against Gaara- no, you put Naruto against everybody (Taju Kage Bunshin at all times). Sasuke can deal handily with Kankurou (wide variety of options) and he should Amaterasu Temari...or alternatively pour Chidori or Gokakyu into the FRS and stuff Kiri Kiri Mai back into it's weasel cage (see Suiton: Suijinheki against Kakuzu's Katon-Futon combo).

Now Sasori and Chiyo. Naruto Taju Kage Bunshin against the army of puppets, Chidori variants against the Third Kazekage (I'm convinced Raiton beats Magnetism). Curren knowledge means preparation too, so I hope they brought one of Sakura's antidotes to Sasori's poison. If not Sasuke should Amaterasu. Do NOT engage in combat with Chiyo Ten Puppets. I think that they're team attacks are too potent against most opponents. Kage Bunshin feints into FRS.

I personally don't see a need for KN4 or the MS though, they could do it with fair difficulty without resorting to their power ups. Hell if Sasuke got bored he could just breakout Kirin and lay waste to the opposing team.
