Wait but didn't Sugisaki just stopped in the middle? I mean there hasn't been a new volume out in two years. I finished volume 10 last last summer.

How can he not finish the series isn't there like a contract thats says he must finish the manga if he quits then I'm hunting him down and forcing him to finish it!!!
