Holy shit did anybody catch the premier of this new show on Comedy Central? I gotta say, for the first episode, this shit was soooo fucking funny that I think it can become better than Dave Chappelle's show. :laugh
What did you guys think? And did anybody know about that President part before?

Eh...I personally don't care much for Chapelle. My thing is...Chapelle says he's going after everybody, but he really only goes after the white guy...where as Carlos Mencia says he's going after everybody, and does just that, and then some. I liked Chapelle stand-up they ran beginning of June though, funny stuff.

I don't know if his last name is Mencia, but since the show is called Mind of Mencia, it can also be related to demencia, which has to do with the mind In other words, demencia, means crazyness.

I did happen to see a glimpse of it and frankly I didnt like it too much...it was racially disturbing, just like the Chapelle show which I hate as well. I heard that this show was meant to replace the Chapelle show since Dave Chapelle seem to be having conflicts with comedy central.

The show isn't that funny, and it relies too much on racial stereotypes, although he is gutsy he picks on any race, and I commend him for the effort.

Basically, it's funny at points, but overall mindless and boring.

i was a bit skeptical about this being better than chapell (big fan) but i gotta say this seems to have better stuff in it, its funny as hell and has asian jokes too:laugh Chapelles show had some stuff that wasn't too funny, so idk yet.

My main reason for not being able to compare Mencia to Chappelle is...sort of that their types of jokes are more or less different. Like you can't compare either to Jerry Seinfeld can you?

Um, well only if "beaner" was originally supposed to be really offensive and the use of "beaners" by the people are supposed to be "beaners" is merely degrading the offensive value of the word itself. And you called him a "wetback" not a "beaner." ;)

As you can see, the use racially offensive words can be slightly toned down by the use quotation marks.

Anyway, I still think he's cool.

One thing I don't like however is a turd who thinks he's funny when he's really not. A tool who claims to be bashing his own ethnicity when he's not even that ethnicity, and uses a completely different name from his real name to hide the fact that he isn't that ethnicity. Ever since I first watched the self-proclaimed beaner Carlos Mencia, I have never thought he was funny. After doing a bit of research, I've discovered that not only is he not funny, but he's a fucking douche bag. Carlos Mencia, or should I say Ned Holness (his real name), isn't Mexican. He's half Honduran and half German, yet he loves to refer to himself as a beaner. He loves to constantly mention the fact that he makes fun of all ethnicities and lifestyles - blacks, asians, indians, gays, lesbians, etc. Here is your typical Carlos Mencia joke:

"I can't believe (enter something that hardly ever happens).
That's like (enter any ethnicity here) doing (enter any activity that said ethnicity never does)."

Get over yourself you fat fuck. You aren't the only person who has ever joked about this shit. You might get some real respect as a comic if you could come up with something new from time to time, but as long as you keep repeating the same shit over and over again (using shit that others have long already done I might add), the only respect you'll get is from the ten year olds who watch your pathetic show.
