lol i know it won't happen but i wish it would!! for ppl like me who uses the computer for games are jipped off from the naruto gaming experience :( i don't have a gamecube or ps2 but i'm consdiering getting one. and i see such sweet graphics from the naruto games that makes me jealous :( sigh... do i ever wish that they would just make a game for the pc so i can actually enjoy the naruto gaming life.... well maybe in another life time :(

Well, the closest you could get right now are emulated versions of the gameboy advance games...

Though an original PC game, or even fangames or mods of existing games would be nice.

Yeah like EQ or FFXI, where you pick your village then clan within the village if you wanted a clan. And you pic if you wanted to be a all around character or a medic etc. That would be so kool.

i highly doubt that there would be an Naruto MMORPG. the reason i say this is that the players would expect too much from the game. everything they see in the game, they would want in the game. the evidence to prove this is that i've never seen a anime that has been made into an official MMORPG.

Just an FYI, a group and I are working on a half life 2 mod similar to what you're wanting. We may, however, be moving over to a standalone engine.

Saw the trailer. Don't be so hard on them eh? The graphics are actually what I expected for a low budget mmorpg. YOu also have to understand that it's still in the alpha stages. I know you were looking for a complete and awesome game, but it's difficult to make a sweet product after only a few years of programming and animating. Games take time, something that you don't seem to be able to comprehend.

If you want one so badly, why don't you make one? Learn how to program in C++ or Basic, and try to put together a game.

I do know for a fact that they're trying to go 3-D with Naruto Online. If you look through the forum, you'll be able to see concept 2 demensional art as well as some 3-D modeling... Personally I think they're trying to fit too much into the game, but I commend them for doing something others are too lazy to do.

(And I can draw the pants off of their head artist...)

I probably won't be looking for any of these free RPGs to play. I already have enough games to keep me busy. Don't have a lot of time for games anyway.

it does suck and im just telling the truth u know it sucks to..id probly get more amused if i went to the park and played on the swings. they need a good game creator company like MAEIT or Blizzard or sumthing.

There actually is an Online Naruto RPG coming out soon,
(It is currently in Alpha development stage) but they are already accepting user sign-ups. It's called Naruto Realm, and It looks like it should be worth a fair amount of entertainment.

A Naruto RPG wouldn't turn out good, it would just be
another "attempt" at making a good Naruto game that
would turn out like all the other mediocre Naruto licensed games.
Don't get me wrong Naruto is a good series but are you paying for the
game or the name "Naruto". Plus if you want to play a good RPG there are plenty out there.

They need to make a tactical rpg for the next gen systems. Similar to the one they had on gba. That was the only naruto gba game that felt like it really captured the ninja/tactical side of naruto. Setting traps, thinking before u move, considering landscape, using jutsus, and little cutscenes when ninjas engage. Was better than fire emblem imo. But i haven't played the console FEs, but compared to the gba versions the naruto tactical rpg was better.

As far as mmorpgs....i can't stand them. As much as i like fighting other people and seeing whose better, they just look so lame. I saw a vid of elder scrolls 4 and said wtf. Thats hack n slash from first pov.

Anyways, in the strategy rpg, it would be cool if they had the main story mode with naruto and another mode...'Shinobi' mode lol. U determine what village u are from and based on randomness ur part of some clan (lucky people may get in bloodlines). From there u set ur look attire and crap. From there u can go on missions and crap and make ur shinobi stronger. U can him online and duke it out in the arena.

Hrm, I never gave it any thought, but a Naruto done in the style of FF Tactics, Fire Emblem, ect would be very badass. Probably wouldn't even be that hard to make, reskining and then creating the techniques...

In a recent interview (http://www.siliconera.com/index.php/2007/04/04/whats-in-and-out-naruto-ninja-council-3-tomy-answers/), Tomy stated that more Naruto games would be coming out on the DS this year, so unless "games" means that crappy DS fighter, the the only other option is the 3 RPGs(maybe a compilation) and that Turn Based strategy game: Konoha Senkei
