I know what you mean, there's no way for us to debate fairly without spoiling in that section, they know that. Sakura's and Hinata's crush are blatantly obvious in this part of the story, despite having stagnant development with their respective crushes. Naruto and Sakura's relationship has just begun to have significant development at the point the dub is in.

It's pretty insulting to Sakura's character to say that she can't change her feelings after being betrayed like she was. In part 1 she always needed someone to fall back on, but part 2 signifies her growth, and who's to say that she didn't get past her crush on Sasuke with that growth? And along with it she her feelings toward Naruto could've grown, too.

Agreed. I just pointed out how these debates reminded me of debates against conspiracy theorists. Every fandom has it's idiots, but some fandoms' idiots are more vocal than others.

A wonderful manga/anime series ****ed in the asshole by the fantards.

The thing is i've seen NaruSaku debators say that they don't believe Sakura is in love with Naruto yet, but judging by the way the manga is going makes the pairing's chances quite high. However, i've seen plenty of rabid SasuSaku debators automatically claim that Sakura will forever love Sasuke and Sasuke truly likes her back (despite all of the evidence against this notion). I even heard quite a few SasuSaku debators say this:

"Whether or not Sasuke has romantic feelings for Sakura has yet to be determined."

As if Kishimoto claiming that Sasuke only considers Sakura an important comrade and nothing more, him having a much stronger bond with Naruto, and his complete lack of interest in girls doesn't already show the absence of "romantic feelings" for Sakura on Sasuke's part already being determined, well...I'll stop here before I say something offensive and piss lurkers off.

Okay This I've seen. As well as "being in love with Sasuke is part of Sakura's character." Why does being paired up have to be forever part of one's character? Ino was so into Sasuke that she was Known as a "Sasuke baka." So does Her character have to revolve around Sasuke as well? =_= Just because I think Naruto and Sakura would make a great couple, it doesn't mean I think they'd be ruined if they didn't end up together.

Hell I don't think any two people absolutely "have" to end up together. Since when does Anybody's character depend on one person and one person alone? =_=

I've thought about that too, which is probably why I didnt' dislike Sakura so much in the beginning. While Sakura didn't like Naruto at first, I thought, at least it was not because of the Kyuubi. So at least that way, Sakura was good about treating him like a normal person, albeit one she thought of as annoying.

Haha... yeah. There's a lot to listen to, isn't there? Very prolific band, they are, yet they never get boring. One of my all-time favorite bands. ^^ So if you need anything, let me know. I have lots. :D And just a tip... if you want to see them be complete nerds (they do that a lot) type in "dir en grey kick the can" into youtube and watch the video. XD It's hilarious.

ON TOPIC(ish) - Actually, I have a terrible time finding NaruSaku fics, none the less ones I like. I've read maybe 3 ever that I liked. x.x; I wish I could give you more help, but I have that same problem myself.

well, one of the best, and definitely the longest, NaruSaku fanfics I've read is called Training for the Job. And its got a story plus building romance. But its super long ^^;; but you might have read it already...

Um, I like NaruSaku because...well I think Naruto would take care of Sakura better than Sasuke. He'd be loving where Sasuke would be brooding and he wouldn't use Sakura as a baby maker like Sasuke would.
And Sakura is good for Naruto because he really listens to her. She has the strength to keep him in line if needed and make sure he takes care of himself well. She strong enough to voice her opinions to him but still is very caring and loving.

umm I have a theory I'd like to talk about..umm ok you know the snake beats toad, toad beats slug, slug beats snake game right? So, since the snake, slug, and toad themes are used in Naruto, do you think that could foreshadow whats going to happen?

I think it can be said that Snake has beaten Toad since Sasuke beat Naruto in the VotE.

And Slug beats Snake. So I thought that perhaps Sakura might somehow defeat Sasuke in a way. I've always wondered if her two minds would be good against the sharingan or something..like she could hide behind inner Sakura so she wouldn't get hynotized..but since we haven't really seen Inner Sakura in Part II, I don't know how likely that is...

But then I thought, so Toad beats Slug. Naruto would ever hurt Sakura on purpose, so perhaps its more of an emotional thing? Maybe Naruto will bring Sakura to her senses over the whole Sasuke deal or something. More of a Toad changes Slug.

I dunno, just something I've been thinking about...

Yes, things have finally started to pick up...I prefer to remain patient because I don't like mangas that automatically switch scenes during a climatic moment of a fight. Hopefully there might be some NaruSaku interaction...
