Gino has shown more signs of not really caring about Britannia than pretty much anyone else.

With Suzaku flipping out and likely becoming a third party, Gino doesn't have any real reason to stick around.

-CC, she is also guarantee to stay with him. She may just be a 10 year old child mentally but she does see him as her master. He also showed her kindness. Though she would be more of a liability than an asset now that she lost her memory.

-Anya, it depends on the reason why she was geass by the Emperor and if Lelouch wanted to I guess he can geass her to help him.

-Gino, I guess it depends on the development of next episode. Though I still see him staying with Suzaku. He wants to make Suzaku smile again.

-Suzaku is a huge maybe. If he helps Lelouch out it will be at the end. The producers themselves stated they will never work together again and Lelouch sees him as a traitor.
