1)Itachi is sexy without trying, so imagine if he actually did try to get laid.
Plus he had a girlfriend at around 13, thus far the youngest confirmed couple in the manga. While he was being emotionaly worn thin as a double agent, too. If anyone has/had mass pent up frustration, its Itachi.

2)Kakashi has kind of that cool-nerd thing going on, which I tend to find pretty hot.

Well I don't think sexual charisma is about how perverted a character is....it's about how a character carries himself.
