Anyone use this software?
If you do, I have a question:
Have you ever tried to request a refund for a tournament due to software issues?
Does Wizards of the Coast actually give you your money back on request, or do they badger and haggle with you, hoping you'll just drop it?
I had some difficulties in two tournaments recently, and I was wondering if it was worth the effort to send emails requesting refunds.
Also, if you don't use the software, but are thinking of starting up, here's my advice:
DON'T. It's a buggy piece of shit, and I wish I never poured 500 dollars into virtual cards that I probably will never be able to redeem.
