Jesus knew that Judas was going to betray Him but it was all in Jesus' plain to save us all. That being said, Judas had no choice in the matter since it was going to happen because God said it would (God's will >>>>>Judas's will). After the betraying was all said and done, Jesus ended up paying for all of Humanity's sins then going to Heaven. Meanwhile, Judas's actions brought him to reject eterneral happiness (God) which causes him to commit suicide.
Jesus is being praised by all and happily living forever in Heaven.
Judas is being hated by all and burning forever in Hell.
Both are extremely important in forgiving the sins of Humanity. Without Jesus, there would be no forgiving. Without Judas, there would be no betraying of Christ leading to Him being nailed on the cross.
Im not saying Judas should be idolized or anything but hasnt he gone (going) through more for the salvation of Humanity?
Recentedly I was told that Jesus asked Judas (Gospel of Judas), to betray him.
