Rollo....Lelouche's most dangerous ally

ok so here's the deal....remember when rollo was going to kill lelouch? yea well the only reason he didn't is because lelouch pretended to love him like a brother and set up a fake life saving scheme to fool rollo into believing everything he told rollo was true.


However the important thing to note is even though rollo loved lelouch like a brother...he still was going to kill him because he thought lelouch no longer felt that way with his memories back.


So you see... if Lelouch even so much as suspects rollo of killing shirley...lelouch is going to try and kill him down the road...now if this attempt fails I can easily see rollo joining V.V. again because he would feel betrayed by lelouch and think everything was a lie...therefore he will once again have no quams about killing lelouch and fighting against the black knights


Now if such a scenario were to happen....think of the deep shit Lelouch would be in


1.rollo knows all of the black knights bases and who works for lelouch

2.he could assainate mad people with his geass while pretending to still be loyal

3.he could spy on Lelouch for V.V




another important thing to note is Rollo was originally sent by the geass cult and judging by the episode preview...it seems rollo is kneeling before the current leader of the cult...{he/she is in a yellow outfit sitting on a throne}


now I thnk its probably just to report to him/her some fake info about rollo still being loyal to cult and Lelouch probably knows this and wants rollo to be a spy for him....but if V.V. gets to talk with rollo down the road...and lelouch fails in killing him.....


Rollo could very well destroy the black knights.....and with Lelouch having SO MUCH POWER right now....this has a very good chance of happening

I was on Wikipedia and it says that he is actually Charles' twin- I guess I can see the resemblance. Which means he is also not really that old, compared to C.C anyway (though that makes sense, given the distant between C and V).

Lelouch is'nt neccesarily like that, though.

If he thinks Rolo killed her, he'd be more likely to use him for one last important mission, and then abandon him after squeezing him for all he's worth.

Well, that's nasty Lelouch. If he's sincere about improving his attitude, then he might just use Geass on him and strip him of his memories, since he might see that Rolo is what he is because of someone else, and was robbed of a normal life. And, of course, in the end Lelouch has done worse in his time.

I don't think Rolo killed Shirley. I think it was Suzaku. Allow me to explain...(i've posted this on other threads like the Rolo Discussion thread).

Well wasn't it written in Newtype (before R2 began) that Suzaku would do something that would push him to the brink of insanity because of his regret...

and...

considering the spoilers for turn 17...hmmm...a meeting between two ppl that have both perhaps killed each other's loves...makes sense to me...but somewhat hard to accept...
Also...I remember that, in the episode, Lelouch is running down the stairs and about to take a turn but then spots a body.

But while he is running down the flight of stairs, he tell someone (either Viletta or Rolo) not to do anything to Jeremiah b/c he is on their side.

Considering that it was Rolo who contacted (from the helicopter) Lelouch after Jeremiah came to the Ashford Campus and that Viletta was back at the underground chamber (speaking to Ohgi), I am going to say that Lelouch was warning Rolo not to do anything to Jeremiah.

Then, we see that Lelouch notices Shirley's body from a distance just seconds after he ends his call with Rolo. That must mean, Rolo was nowhere near Shirley, who had already bled out a considerable amount of her blood. And like someone else said, Rolo DOES NOT LEAVE A MESS. Meaning, whoever killed Shirley, did so with vengeance or accidentally.

And let's face it...Rolo is smart enough to know he would be killed (American History X curb-style) by Lelouch who is bound to find out.

I am gonna make the case that Rolo decides not to use geass, tells Shirley to stay there, not move, and that he would come back for her after he disposes of Jeremiah. Hence, the call by Lelouch to Rolo not to do anything to Jeremiah.

But I am gonna say that Suzaku goes after Shirley (after all, the police officers accidentally let her go in to the building even when Suzaku, the Knight of Seven, had expressly asked them to look after Shirley). But Suzaku finds and overhears Shirley pleading with Rolo to let her join the OBK. After Rolo leaves, Suzaku asks her about her actions and intentions. Suzaku is either displeased with what he hears (b/c he holds Zero and the OBK responsible for what happened to his princess Euphemia) and tries to convince her otherwise. He shoots her to stop her from joining the OBK but fatally wounds her. Scared shitless, he runs away. A few minutes later, Lelouch finds Shirley.

It's too easy to say Rollo did it and it seems like the writers want to lead the masses to thinking that's what happened. However what I saw was Shirley wanting to defend Lelouch at all cost.

If you remember the earlier scene she asked Suzaku the same question she asked Rollo. However unlike Rollo, she found out that Suzaku was against Lelouch. When she found this out she didn't want anything to do with Suzaku and only wanted Lelouch's safety. She even said that Lelouch was battling alone and need help, then repeated something similar when she died in Lelouch's arms.

Why would she repeat something like that if Rollo were the killer? It seems like she achieved what she was trying to do, by the way she stopped Lelouch from calling for help and was at peace with her fate of dying. She wouldn't get that peace from attacking Rollo who she knew was helping Lelouch behind the scenes. She'd only get that peace from going after the enemy of Lelouch, Suzaku.

IMO, after she met up with Rollo, she left and Rollo left as well. She than ran into Suzaku who probably asked what she was doing there. She then was standoffish and told Suzaku he was the enemy and she defend Lelouch. Shot at Suzaku the same way she shot Villeta, however Suzaku's hax due to Lelouch geassing him to stay alive reacted which killed Shirley to save Suzaku. This would in directly make Lelouch at fault for Shirley's life.

Why do you guys think Suzaku's "live" command would make him shoot shirley? The guy freaking dodged bullets and spin kicked the ceiling machine gun in the Mao episodes. He'd just do his signature move on her then go back to normal and blame Lelouch, as usual.
