Favorite D.Gray-Man pairings

Its a cute pairing, the only problem is she wants to slowly kill him, a bit of a road block as it were, to romance.

My favorite pairing is easily Linali x Kanda. For me, they seem as comfortable with one another as Allen and Linali are together, and yet there's always a tad more tension in each of their scenes. And, I feel that if her situation didn't push her to grow, Kanda is the kind of person who would. Rather than allowing her to become someone who merely needs to be protected, he would help her to develop into someone who can do the protecting. Also:

I truly began to like this pairing at the time prior/during the attack by the Level 4 Akuma, when it showed Linali intruding on Kanda's meditation because she needed...silence, comfort, something. And, he allowed her to intrude, as though it were the usual way. There was some kind of give and take, partnership, equality, mutual understanding that just greatly appealed to me.

I will admit that the story seems to mostly lean in the Allen x Linali direction, but I just can't muster up any enthusiasm for them as opposed to the aforementioned. So, regardless of canon possibility, me likes ^^

Other pairings I enjoy: AllenxRhode; KroryxAnyone (because he needs someone to love/love him :arg)

i'd realy like to see a romeo x juliet kinda pairing. in the anime, the first meeting of lavi and lulubelle. lavi was all "strike" and stuff like that. and lulu had that weird impression on her face when Allen wanted to protect her.

but i guess Road x Allen is fine too.
maybe Miranda x Krory. but i guess she's to scared of him;P
lenalee x Komui lets be serious. he won't let anyone get close to her. lenalee will stay alone till she is ~40

All in all, I'm a Allen X Lenalee fan, and somewhat of a Road X Allen fan.

Then again, there's been plenty of moments where I've seen Kanda X Lenalee or Lavi X Lenalee as being plausible.
