Damn man, your Masters?!!! Congratulations. As to what i believe Rayleigh's powers are, i believe that he has very high hand-to-hand abilities and he can utilize "haki" into his punches and kicks. He definitley isn't a swordsman and he might have a DF, but "The Dark King" sure doesn't leave any clues as to what his abilities may be. Seriously, if he had a DF it would either be the Kage Kage no Mi(Moria) or the Yami Yami no Mi(Blackbeard) and you cant have the same DF as someone else alive. Who knows, but now that Rayleigh has gone off by himself to coat the ship i think that he's bound to come across a fight anytime now. In fact, i think he'll begin a fight before chapter 511 or during 511.
