I need help drawing hands!

Please can someone give me tips on drawing hands.
I think I draw pretty good manga/toon stuff, and I'll post one of my drawings, but I really want to draw people with them using their hands lol.

I can draw them sideways, and closed in a fist, but I can't draw em in the front view.
Please help, and thx in advance

Copy pictures of hands in different positions. Use your own hands for reference too.
