Ichigo's Finale

When the anime/manga is all said and done, what do you think should become of our favorite leading star Ichigo?

I think what might happen is that when Aizen is defeated whether by his hand or from sort of team effort, he'll call it quits and live life normally again,

I like to think that it will end with ichigo being in soul society as a captain of one of the Gotei divisions, with Rukia being his Vice-Captain. :D

It's a longshot but finding out his father was a captain and very few know. They could be part of the royal family they keep talking about. They have said no one has seen them since they went in to the locked world. :huh

If there was ever an opportunity for his hollow to consume him it probably would have been before he meet the Vizards. It appears that it will be under control from here on out.

Personally, I would like for Ichigo to become a captain in one of the respective divisions, while settling down with Rukia. He deserves to enjoy the fruits of his labor. And it is a fitting end to the story, I think. :)

I think he might become a captain too. However, he has a life in the real world as well, so maybe he will continue to be a substitute Shinigami - helping out when needed. Maybe he will settle down with someone too . . . :amuse

I say Ichigo beats Aizen, Ichigo never kills btw :jk He lives happiliy every after with his family in the real world (and with Inoue cause I believe Kubo's foreshadowing that a lot lately).

And whenever trouble stirs up in the finale Rukia shows up, uses her glove and Ichigo fights the hollows in Karakura town again (and once in a while) :zaru

He'll be Soul Society's aid when some major trouble stirs up as well.

He could easily become a captain but I think he will chose not to. Maybe play a similar role then he always as a shinigami representative.

I think he'd end up with Inoue, I've never really thought of this because Ichigo doesn't have a goal like Naruto does.

He ends up in the 11th Squad. He loves fighting. Shirosaki said it and he admitted it against Grimmjow. Since the 11th Squad is all about the love of fighting for the fun of it, while still protecting order it be the perfect situation for him.

Though I'm not sure about him living on in the real world. I mean Urahara cut his soul chain so he could become a soul reaper making him technically dead. It's just that instead of a gigai he uses his real body. That means he'd never age. He'd be a 15 year old boy all his life.

I think he'll take his role of protecting only his nakama, to protecting the whole world. He suffers from hero syndrome after all.

If you ask me Ichigo'll likely remain a shinigami representative but he'll be doing less high profile missions. Probably lose contact with Renji and Rukia once they're promoted to Captain and VC but likely to maintain friendship with Uryuu and his other living friends.

Now that I think about it, it makes more sense for SS to erase their memories and seal their powers allowing them to live a normal life until they die at which point everything is restored to them

If Kubo's insists on Ichiruki there's no reason she can't wait for him or become human as Isshin did. I'd rather it not happen but the possibility exists

They weren't exiled but there were orders to destroy them orders which weren't carried out because they fled with Urahara. Anyway I doubt SS will be so keen on exiling once the Vizards pull their asses out of the fire

Sorry i didnt mention this, but when ur exiled from somewhere u are pronounced dead to their terms, when they want someone to be executed then they have been exiled. To me that means the same thing.

Arguing with shippers is an exercise in futility so I'll just drop that.

As for the Vizard as I stated before SS has orders likely standing orders to destroy them but as it's pretty blatant to anybody beyond the level of a retard that they're on the good guys side I fail to see how SS can continue to hunt them after they save them all. In addition Ichigo is the main character and there's no way Kubo will have Ichigo banished from SS or hunted down and what applies to Ichigo must applly to all the Vizard unless SS wants to be anymore hypocritical than it already is.

Having him be a captain would be cool, but so would him dying in battle. He'd be a legend in soul society until the end of time. That's most likely not going to happen though sadly. The worst in my opinion would be him settling back down into normal life. He's no longer a regular human, he shouldn't be able to fit in again so easily.
