Great episode, full of action, plot progression; all good stuff. Good to see some of the old characters as well like Urahara and Yoruichi (hopefully theyll get into some fight scenes). 8/10.

I wonder what that old guy is up to, I would of thought he would try to become the head of the family himself, but it seems he's just going to control things in the background through that kid. I wanna know whats the deal behind those new swords as well, like where they came from, how theyre made etc.

This was actually a real good episode, didnt feel like filler at all, and the plot is looking better and better, with the whole soul-particle-disappearance thing.
