what are some shows that you remember from childhood, that just don't seem to exist anymore? You can end your "childhood" years at whatever age you want. they don't have to be the ones you really liked, just the ones you really remember.
Some of mine are:
Thundercats
He-man
GI Joe (mostly just anti-drug specials they threw on now and again)
Transformers
Dinoriders
WildCATS
Speedracer
MASK
The old Ghostbusters with the 2 guys and the Ape fighting Prime Evil.
Skeleton Warriors
Muppet Babies
Fraggle Rock
Smurfs (still see it on every once in a while)
Some guy(like Galtar or Gantar or something) and the Golden Lance
Something with 3 cowboys in space - Their ship was a huge horse and one of the was named Colt.
gargoyles
Cadilacs and Dinosaurs.
Like I said, they don't all have to be good ones.
Anyone remember Rocket Robinhood. My friends used to all talk about it, but I could never remember it. Now it's on TV again. Turns out it sucks.

Sesame Street
Fraggle Rock
Transformers - I remember I used to adore Optimus Prime's voice... Why do I remember that? o_O
I also remember My Little Pony and She-Ra, though I don't know if they were "movies" or on TV. She-Ra wasn't even really animated, it was a series of still shots with voice-overs. :amuse

There was a show called justice friends?
I remember super friends (with half of the justice league in it).
Some that I forgot were
-reruns of Astroboy, of course.
-Rupert
-Teddy Ruxpin
-Samurai Pizza Cats
-Paddington Bear
-The Poddington Peas
The cowboys of moo mesa
-Tons of Hanna Barbarra (sp?) with Snagglepuss, Huckleberry Hound, Quickdraw McGraw, Magilla Gorilla, and the Grape Ape.
-Mario brothers (with short Zelda shows)
-The one with the guy that got sucked into his Nintendo and teamed up with Kid Icarus and the guy from Castlevania to fight NES baddies like that eggplant guy from Punchout. His belt buckle was the controller and he used the gun from Duckhunt. Classic.
-Digby in the doghouse
-Some show with a bunch of tiny environmentalists that were always fighting a family of huge people that polluted (might have been called the Smogs)
-So many of the ones you guys mentioned
-Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High.
Everyone always says Voltron and Centurians - how did I miss those shows throughout my entire childhood.
PS - Those barbapapa things are terrifying.

That show was the best. Watching it when I was sick was better than chicken soup.
I always wanted to get a pet fox and name him swift. Well, until the Siegfried and Roy thing happened and shattered my illusions about taming wild animals :sweatdrop

Maybe it isn't on anymore. I've never liked shows like COPS, Rescue 911, America's Wost Wanted, and Unsolved Mysteries, so maybe COPS is just in reruns on specialty channels now.
Well, either way, the animated C.O.P.S. was good, so I wish it was on in reruns. I love watching stuff from when I was really young.
And I wish I could get the Cartoon Network or something. Teletoon (the Canadian version) doesn't seem to have many of these old shows from the 80s on.

I miss Voltron, those first 5 episodes were classic. Galaxy Rangers too.
And I really want M.A.S.K. and Centurions toys to make a comeback, too :D

Does anyone remember this show with a little kid that had something like a laptop computer and he was able to control this little robot that his father had build for him. They would go in battles and stuff and play againts other kids that had robots. I remember one episode where this new kid came to town and he had a green robot his name was Mosquito, and he had needles in his arms and was super fast. So this guy beat the other guy by obliterating his robot. He was using his needles to injure major points in the other guys robot, like the joints on the arms, feet etc.. So the guy lost but he run tests on his robot and found the weakness of Mosquito and on the next battle, he caught Mosquito and just crashed him in half. I dont remember the name but it was a great show, it was a Japaneese show most likely.
