we got no evidence of the 2nd hokage's power yet.
plus we dont even know Kisame's full strength yet either.

Yeah we basically have no info on their strength. But from the info we do have I will say Nidaime. :amuse

The Nidame. He had the Raijin, his electrical sword. All he has to do is get Kisame to touch water (rather easy to do, seeing as most of his attacks are water based), and then let his sword touch the water. And then he has some fried shark for dinner.

I can't really say, since the only clue I got about their powers where when Orochimaru ressurrected them to fight Sandaime, (excluding the power talks) and that is barely enough to actually measure their capabilities on.

So I'll stay my opinion for now.

I'm gonna go with the 2nd, but there's not really a way of
telling who could possibly win since we bearly know any
of their true skills.

From what we know, the blue sex beast would stomp a mudhole.

I really don't know how strong the second hokage was.

I think Nidaime would be able to beat Kisame.
He was the second Hokage after all.

The Raijin was in a filler episode, and therefore it is not cannon.

As for you question OP, it may be better suited for a battledome, but I believe that we do not have a sufficient amount of data on Nindaime. We have seen a few of his abilities in the Edo Tensei move, but as Orochimaru was controlling him it is not a accurate representation of Nindaime. Not to mention that not too much is known about Kisame as well.

We really don't know enough about either Kisame (except that he is pure win) or the Nidaime to judge this properly.
