Daydreaming - plots of learning more jutsu, finally obtaining that perfect body, showing everyone else (especially the ones with the sharingan eye) that he is the best.

Jiraiya:
In sleep - remembering those time when he was with his team, when Konoha had Yondaime and all. Sexy women (including Tsunade, sometimes bunching his lights out because dreams are occasionally faithful to a person's character xD).
Daydreaming - Womenz. xD Being known far and wide as the greatest pimp (annnddd writer) alive.

Kakashi:

I imagine that there are a lot of nightmares. Or, if not full on nightmares, then just flashback dreams which he'd rather not remember. Scenarios where he was able to save Obito or Sasuke or anyone else who he's lost in the past x number of years. There's a lot of regret in how he lives his life, and I don't see how his subconscious could stop from manifesting those feelings while he's sleeping.

In addition, I would think that there are the usual number of sexual dreams. But, I doubt that they're very detailed, as he seems to lack much experience outside of the pages of his finely written erotica.

Kabuto:

As his regular self - I don't see him remembering his dreams very often or sleeping very often, for that matter. Similar to Kakashi, there's a lot of darkness to his past. But, instead of letting those events rule his life, he seems to embrace that pain. Because of this, I see the few glimmers that he remembers in the morning being a mix of suppressed, childhood experiences in conjunction with active, future-based events (i.e. ways in which he would take control of his life).
