Just curious for opinions on what would happen if these two fought. I'm using part 3 Dio mind you, otherwise it's an obvious crush. By that logic, is Santana > P3Dio?

Dio can't really do anything to Cars since he's damn near invulnerable and immortal. Only way Dio is going to win is if he somehow throws him into space or freezes him. He might be able to freeze time continuously and restrict his movements long enough to freeze him. But that seems highly unlikely.

i am pretty sure ultimate carrs can win against almost any jojo character except possibly someone with a fucking requiem stand. you would have to be able to send ultimate carrs into a set of parallel universes or some shit to stop him
