I absolutely freaking love this madness. But it seems a bit dead, so in an attempt to ressurect it, I bring gifts:

Under the exoskeleton:

A Sasori character study, written by an amine-only watcher, in the middle of the night, specifically for the loyal members SasorixMoegi fc.

Her eyes were the kindest eyes imaginable, huge and blue. Clad in a scorpion-emblazoned kimono, she looked stunning, just perfect. She was the most beautiful doll Moegi had ever seen. Wide-eyed, she turned away from the opened parcel to look at the huge figure of Sasori.

“Happy birthday”, he said, shyly.

Still unable to say anything, Moegi picked up the doll very carefully.

“I taught it might be a fun way for you to practice your chakra-control, y’know? See, what you do is you form strings of chakra from your fingertips and…never mind, I’ll show you.”

Sasori reached around Moegi small body and gently held her hands in his. As the chakra flowed from his fingers and jerked the doll into action, Moegi let out a startled yelp.

“Don’t worry, it’s supposed to do that. Now watch this.”

With a flick of Sasori’s wrist, the doll did the good guy pose and spoke in a thin mechanical voice.

“Moegi is teh hawtness!” it said.

“Pretty neat, huh?”

Moegi still wasn’t speaking. “Damnit”, Sasori thought, “Isn’t she grateful? I worked my ass off getting it ready in time. Two freakin weeks of propping that thing full of knives and explosives and poison needles and meat grinders, and she doesn’t even thank me? Crud. Maybe I came on to hard. I always do that. No wonder I have no friends. Stupid doll. Or maybe that’s it? Yeah. She thinks I’m a pansy because I like to make dolls! Just like the kids at school did! And my dad. Damn you, father…damn you. No one will ever love me.”

Here's (my version of) how they met and fell in love, just a short scenario (sorry if it seems cheesy a bit, that wasn't my intention but it may):



Sasori is eating Ichiraku ramen and enjoying himself. Konohamaru and Moegi come to Ichiraku on a date, and get ramen. After getting their food, Sasori sees her, and says "Hey, sweet lady, how about sitting with me?"

Moegi thinks for a minute, Konohamaru and her had been dating for about two years. She doesn't want to hurt her boyfriend, but still... "Sure! I'll be right there!" She turns to Konohamaru and reassures him, "It won't be that long, I'm only going over to eat ramen."

'Sure, that's all it is that's going on,' he thinks. 'Pretty soon, she'll fall for him, and I will have to find another girl.'

Moegi and Sasori enjoy their ramen, and spend the rest of the night together. In the morning, Sasori takes her with him, but first she leaves a letter at Konohamaru's door.

When he got up he read it, and it says:

"Dear Konohamaru-san,

I've decided to leave Konoha, and we are breaking up. I've decided I'm going to live with Sasori in the mountains. I am really very sorry about this, this sort of thing was unpredictible, it all happened so fast. Also, there was little chance we could have worked out, and I'm sure you'll find someone better so don't give up.

Lost Love, Moegi"

Konohamaru can't believe it. Moegi getting with another man? This is almost like losing his grandpa all over again at that instant. But if it meant Moegi would be happy, he'd be happy too.

"What's...that?" asked Udon, who has just walked up to him.

"..." was all Konohamaru could say.

Moegi and Sasori walk to his home. Usually she's an uneasy girl, but with this man she feels completely comfortable. Sasori feels the same; it's been far too long since he loved anyone.

Moegi looks into Sasori's eyes. "I...love you, Sasori-san."

"And I love you, Moegi-san." They then hold each other.

Breaking it, Sasori looks at her then. "Think you love me now? Wait till I introduce you to my puppet collection, all 302 of them!"
