Well, it would have to be the Shirley scene at the end of the Mao incident (entire episode). It was so emotionally gut wrenching that it became an immediate favorite (thus most memorable). But I doubt anyone would forgot the very end of the first episode, immediately after C.C gave him the geass and sealed the contract.

Definitely the scene where Euphie's killing all of the Elevens. Years from now when I think of Code Geass, that'll be the scene that pops into my head first. That massacre left me stunned after I watched it.

Between the Lelouch Geassing Shirley or the Point at the end of Episode 23 when the Plates start falling out everywhere and Lelouch comments on how destruction must come before creation and decides to throw his soul away if it gets in his way of his goals.

The first was a heart wrenching scene that proved Lelouch still had a heart even though he'd committed those things as Zero.

The last one is probably because its a great monologue moment. It proves Lelouch's genius and almost cemented his victory......until Haxzaku came out of nowhere. Then you had Orange-kun. And with the last one, can you really even plan for that? It just came out of friggen nowhere.

Episode 22,when Lelouch was about to give up being Zero and join Euphemia,until.... he accidently uses his Geass on her,and shit gets crazy.
Definetly the most emotional/memorable part of the whole series.

I'd said the second most memorable was the final scene of season 1. I think I replayed that a hundred times or so.

The other would probably be Shirley's memory loss. The moment and the music especially made me really sad. :cry
