If you mean the hour-long episode that aired in July, it's in the Code Geass Download Links thread. Search for "Episode 24-25". Otherwise you must be from the future, and we can't help you.

Wonder what the OVA will be about...

Well, there is that 90 minute DVD special that basically summarizes season 1, but I don't think that counts as an OVA.

Yeah, that was a summary movie called "Code Geass Special Edition - Black Rebellion". It featured a trailer for season 2, as well.
