Lelouch already revealed Rollo's weakness in one episode. Lelouch could have had Rollo killed in that situation, and had the event gone differently, then that Darlton lad would have killed him.

He still hasn't been able to kill Suzaku. All of the writer's go gay for Suzaku to...he has an invisible shield of invincibility. He will live till at least the last episode of the series.

It was Lelouch's fault Suzaku lived in the first place, really, but that doesn't mean he's immortal (due to the plot he has to live for most of the show anyway, so I don't see why people are bellyaching about this). He was just commanded to try his darndest to live. It doesn't mean he has a body made of steel or anything, so obviously Rolo would win against him (unless Suzaku gets him into an emotional state).

Hey, here's a versus thread I actually approve of. This one is actually going to happen.

It's a plot setup. Rollo was designed as the perfect counter to Suzaku. Speed and strength and spinkick are useless; with Rollo's geass, close-range combat is suicide, and Suzaku's forte is null. I think Lelouch took the massive risk of converting Rollo because he saw this.

Unfortunately, Lelouch is not going to be able to deploy Rollo effectively for the same reason he converted Rollo so easily. Rollo is weak-minded. Suzaku is going to become friends with Rollo in Ashford. And when he does, Lelouch will have trouble convincing Rollo to kill him, and the kind, loving personality he's imitated will become a double-edged sword.

Though in terms of piloting, Suzaku is superior. Maybe if he fights 4 aces at the same time like Suzaku did back in season 1, without his Geass power, I might think higher of him.

I think it was a bullet, not a RPG, and the bullet was fired by a sniper rifle meant to bust though heavy armor. Rollo was a sitting duck as his Vincent had no way of dodging it in time.

Theories goes that Rollo was able to contemplate this fact thanks to a secondary ability of his Geass (it seems to have evolved in his favor). He's not only able to stop the time for others (or whatever he's doing), he's also able to speed up his own thinking. Or something like that.

It's just a wild theory though.

How do we know that the live command wasn't only for THAT time? I mean it could have only been that one time. I mean it wasn't the live command that made Suzaku use his super spin kick was it?

Lelouch just said "live", nothing else. There's nothing in that command that specifies it for being only that time. Maybe Lelouch actually intended it for only that time, but the command is general enough to apply to any and all situations when he's going to die.

Suzaku shouldn't have much of a chance when Rollo can freeze his mind for a number of seconds, walk up to him, do serious damage to him/his machine and win before the fight even starts. However, when it comes to Suzaku there's always a way... Maybe he'll make the Lancelot do a spin kick, the rotation somehow stopping Rollo's geass working, with Rollo dying on impact?
