I think that at least for his early in the season, we won't be seeing much if anything of the EU. After all, the OP doesn't - sadly enough - hint at any of t characters we'll see being from the EU. Oh, well, the EU is half a world away so at elast at this stage, it sin't like they can do much to help Zero/Lelouch, though maybe at some point we'll see Lelouch forge an alliance with them.
