Rules:

If you want an avy, the maximum length is ~7 seconds if you are a senior member, ~3 for a non-senior member
Make it clear what section of the video you want the gif of. Exact time is preferable
Not much limitations if you want sig gifs, just keep the segment of reasonable size, (like < 10 seconds)
You need more than 200 posts if you want any gif.
I'm a busy college student so don't expect them immediately, I'll try to get to them in a timely fashion. Hopefully we can get some more Gifanimators (I just invented that word right now lol) if there is a hueg demand.


I can only animate off hand ones from R2 as all of last seasons are in MKV. If you want older clips, please upload the clip you want.

Hows this? I put one at 0.06 delay the other 0.07, I couldn't tell which was closer since I didn't watch the original

A general rule is you have to always delete frames if its over like 10 frames long. Its just too big and is much slower even with 0 delay then if you cut some frames and put a little delay. The general rule I use is if you cut 1/2 the frames, 0.04 seconds, 2/3 the frames, 0.06/7 delay, 3/4 the frames 0.08/9 delay. Any more and you start losing quality.

Zoom, Photoshop 8 CS1 and GIMP. The longer way, but I'd rather do it this way than strain my processor re-encoding MKV > AVI with Super. :amuse

There's also a VirtualDubMod on sourceforge if you're willing to try it. It does what VD does with AVIs but with layered containers too, but I haven't gotten it to work after days of trying. :arg

EDIT: it's not that it's a hassle, animated gifs are easy peasy. This particular animated GIF was made with a specific timing and each frame is necessary. So to reduce filesize I can't cut frames, I'd be forced to resize the damn thing. And quickly checking 125x125 won't work, lol - 136KB. :laugh

In ep4 when they switch into Viletta's Command center (should be around 16min12sec) when it slowly zooms on her and shows her reaction (towards the release of Ougi-tachi :LOS ). Until (well including) 16:16 where they cut near to her face and she switches from serene look and starts ordering around.
The section/center is of course viletta sitting on the chair/viletta's face ^^
