This is pretty self-explanatory. Comments and discussion of spoilers belongs in the Discussion thread. Not here, not in the Predictions thread.
Predictions of Future Episodes Belong In The Predictions Thread
This is also self-explanatory. Make predictions on future chapters in the persistent Predictions thread. Not here, not in the Discussion thread.
Do Not Discuss In The Predictions Thread / Do Not Predict in the Discussion Thread
Mostly a summary of the previous two points. If you want to discuss spoilers and the current chapter, make sure you do so in the Discussion thread, not the Predictions thread. Likewise, if you want to predict later chapters, do so in the Predictions thread, not the Discussion thread.
