Rock lee vs sasuke

Lee opening the shimon is quite imaginary right now: we've no idea how many of the Gates he can release. We also know basically nothing about what he would be like if he did open the shimon. Still, I'm pretty sure that Sasuke would beat Lee — why? Because Sasuke has high-level genjutsu that can paralyse opponents of Lee's level and above, and Lee has no way of protecting himself from genjutsu.

To win, Lee would either need to be able to activate shimon and kill Sasuke faster than he can cast a genjutsu, or he would need to inherit great genjutsu resistance from opening the shimon. I don't believe either.

Lee would beat Sasuke pre timeskip, but if this fight is post timeskip Sasuke wins. Now that Sasuke has MS he can paralyze Lee as soon as the fight begins. He wont have time to open his gates.

I don't think the Gates and the Drunken Fist would be a good combination. One with the Lotus has to get things done quickly, and with the fist, he likes the bullshit a lot.

i would have to say that sasu-gay wins the fight. I mean lee would just be pwnd by a high livel genjutsu that we know sasu-gay has. I mean, he could just throw lee's punches off with a well placed gen and the fight is over while getting him while he misses.

i think if he wasnt drunken lee would have a better chance then drunk. This is becausde he could fight the way gai did, using sasuke feet. If he was drunk he wouldnt understand that concept and actually look into his eyes. All he would need is a genjutsu and lee is out. Thats why i think sasuke will win.

I agree, like Naruto, Lee has the genjutsu curse. But unlike Naruto Lee isn't a tactician, I doubt blunt head on fight would work against Sasuke.(well it worked once but it was long time ago).
