There is NO WAY Orochimaru can win. Oro even stated himself that he can't take on the mangekkyou sharingan, and that is why he originally took Sasuke as a captive.

Assuming that the battle starts by face off, he will have no time to summon. If Gai goes gates, and Kakashi uses mangekkyou, Orochimaru will definately have a hard time dealing with both of them.

Oro's not going to stand there while he sees a black hole forming around a body part. Plus MS can only trap things the size of a arm and Oro can regenerate. Edo is not necessary for Oro to stomp; white snake form, snake flooding, leech of life creation, and Hydra all end this. Oro can take hits from Tsuande which means he can take a hit from even 6 gates Gai.
Summons are needed; Oro's not Jiraiya.
