LOL, I hope the fact that Kyuubei's in the poll doesn't count as a spoiler - I could tell she was a girl just by watching the "SIGNAL" ending for the first time.

Anyway, my vote goes to Kyuu-chan, out of consolation for being deprived of girlish cuteness earlier in her life. She'd be awesomecute if she stopped wearing those weird clothes. :)
