You'll have to enable the subtitles depending on your viewer. Usually if you right click on the video (While playing it) a few options will show up. VLC, for example, has something that says "Subtitles" I believe.

did you actually watch it? because I cant see the subtitles either..and they are enabled. I have been able to view every other file I have ever tried, and I usually watch the hell sub release .mkv files
