Bleach pairings actually facinate me in a way that Naruto pairings don't. I really can't see most of the Naruto characters having any sort of relationship. Every Naruto pairing, besides NaruSaku, SasuSaku, and NaruHina is essentially crack. And even those are just childhood crushes.

The Bleach characters are much more mature and interesting in their dynamics, to the point where pairings become interesting to me.

I also agree with everything else you said about Bleach pairings. Bleach is the manga that got me to like het pairings. I usually stay away from them since I am more of a yaoi fangirl, but there are so many wonderful het pairings in Bleach that I found myself on the het side =X (I am actually begining to like het pairings more than some yaoi pairings! How could I not hit up a thread like this with Teh Crazy?
I love every pairing in Bleach. Except I'm not too keen on IchigoxOrihime. It's not that I dislike it...I just think it's too "bleh".
Renji's squishy feelings for Rukia make me happy the same way Ichigo's "OMG I RESCUE RUKIA" scenes make me feel all fuzzy. So I adore both pairings equally.
Orihime is alternately paired up with Tatsuki (I love that little image at the end of that one chapter of Orohime dressed as a princess defending dragon!Tatsuki), and Ishida (because his awkwardness around her is too adorable, even if I think Ishida is the gayest gay to ever gay).
Urahara is pimp and can be with whoever he damn well pleases. :P

In Bleach, though, the characters are older and more mature when it comes to love, and so I find myself getting into the romance much more.Although I can understand why you guys think the Bleach characters are more mature about love, I don't think it's their age that's making you guys like Bleach pairings more--the Naruto characters are midteens now too after all. I think it's because 1) the Naruto characters were kids when we were first introduced to them and so you probably still see the child within them, and 2) Bleach is based in our world and about high school students so they grew up like us, with more "normal" thoughts about romance while Naruto is based in a world of ninjas and where they discourage tight relationships.
However, some of the pairings in Naruto are possible with all the innuendo going on. You just have to look past all the childhood crushes and admiration. The latter is probably one of the biggest wrenches in Naruto pairings, in my opinion, which make them all the less likely. A lot of the characters admire another of the opposite sex for their strength. And it's not all that likely that people are going to get together when they've been "admiring" each other for so long (I know I'm part of the NaruHina FC but they're cute together so MEH! :P)--just seems more like they'll respect each other more in the future than get together (one of the reasons why I sorta lean towards the idea that none of the characters will get together.) Except for Shikamaru and Temari.

1. RenjiXRukia. I used to like the IchigoXRukia pairing, but after the "A satr and a stray dog" chapter, it changed my mind completely. Now I think Rukia and Ichigo aren't that compatible since Rukia is about 10 times older then Ichigo.

2. IshidaXOrihime. They have chemistry, and Ishida is so funny around her.

3. ShunsuiXNanao. "L.O.V.E.L.Y. Lovely Nana..." ^^

There is something about them. Rukia and Ichigo started this whole story together. It would be nice to see them ending it together, too. They refuse to let their feeling for each other shown, but deep down, they actually care a lot. Their love is strange. But I believe love can overcome all of the barriers and unite two hearts. I like Bleach not only to have kick-ass action but also strong love. The fact that they are not the same age, or in the same world makes it even more interesting. Rukia is perfect for Ichigo. Plus, it will also break out of the typical romance in shounen manga (main character ends up with cute, innocence, clueless, stainless, with healing ability girl)!

<<-- Anime only fan, here. Haven't got the chance to read the manga (still waiting for money to buy it!) but here are my favorite pairings right now. Some of them might be... interesting, and not so popular.

Renji/Rukia; Ichigo/Rukia (Hell, why not Renji/Ichigo/Rukia? I have seen it worked out well once.). I'm more interested in the overall relationship (friendship, loce, whatever) between Renji and Rukia, though.

Ishida/Inoue. Inoue/Ichigo is not totally sold for me (yet), and Ishida and Inoue are such (cute) dorks.

Gin/Matsumoto is also one I really like. It's the kind of pairing I usually love, actually... dramatic, sad, and gives depth to characters that could have been shallow. (Kubo-sensei writes them so well!)

I also like Byakuya/Hisana, although we've never really seen her, other than that flashback in episode 62 (?). They were kind of cold and distant, but they seemed... happy, in a strange-emo kind of way. That's one of the reason I'm not a fan os Byakuya/Rukia. (I know it's not really inscest, as she was adopted, but still :( )

Urahara/Yoruichi! Two great, kickass characters, and they truely share an... interesting bond. Mysteryyy....

Kyouraku/Nanao. Ehehe, they're so funny..! I'd like to read something serious about it. Even though he's really lazy and annoys her, she seems to trust and respect him a lot.

Hinamori/Kira. It'd be really awkward at first, but I think they could work it out in the end. (And, come on, Kira/anyone OTP! Plus, Hinamori's cute.)

I like some of them yaoi, too ;-)

I find Ichigo/Renji pretty hot! :amuse And Renji/Byakuya.

Have seen Sado/Ichigo, once, and it was pretty nice. I did not expect to like it as much as I did. Their friendship is really great, too. (Yes, I'm a fan of friendships/relationships between friends :amuse )

Same goes with Kyouraku/Ukitake. I like their friendship a lot, but don't mind when it's turned to shonen-ai :wink

Shuuhei/anyone is badass. And sexy. Therefore, I like.

Other relationship I find interesting, romantic or not: Tatsuki/Ichigo, Ichigo/Ichida, Byakuya/Ichigo, Rukia/Kaien, Ukitake/Kaien, Byakuya/Ukitake, Hanataro/Ganjyu, Aizen/Gin, Hinamori/Aizen, Ishida/Nemu, Tousen/Komamura.

I voted yuri in general but my serious vote goes to Ichigo x Rukia. They were the first two real Bleach characters and Rukia is sooo in love with Ichigo.
