With chidori nagashi to reply to Kakuzu's threads, blossoming chidori lance to attack Kakuzu, Sharingan foresight and shunshin to protect him from a Hidan whose powers he knows, and kirin which could probably finish Kakuzu off quite quickly or could perhaps incinerate Hidan, Sasuke has a strong chance against either. Kakuzu's elemental ninjutsu would have difficulty hitting thanks to shunshin and there's always orochi kawarimi, and Sharingan genjutsu might be effective too. Kakashi is going to cause Hidan issues if he knows everything about him, and his Mangekyō Sharingan to call on.

Sasuke and Kakashi will win this.

If Sasuke and Kakashi know about Hidan's trick then they aren't going to get caught out by it, they are both fast & smart enough to avoid him. Sasuke and Kakashi could probably incapacitate Hidan fairly quickly, leaving it a two on one against Kakuzu. They have the perfect counter to him, Sasuke is fast enough and has chidori variations that could damage Kakuzu and keep him busy whilst kakashi charges MS and takes Kakuzu down.

Kakuzu takes out Kakashi while losing one heart. With his other four, he manages to trap Sasuke enough for Hidan to get a bit of his blood. It doesn't matter how the match is, against an S-class nin, Sasuke isn't going to win unscathed. One drop of blood is more than enough for Hidan to deal a fatal blow.

I would say that Kakuzu (wtih just 3 remaining hearts) could last long enough to force Sasuke to use up all of his chakra which would give Kakuzu the victory.

Kakashi isn't touching Kakuzu's hearts without Shikamaru to help him out. I think Hidan is quick enough to land a blow on Kakashi, and Kakuzu would destroy Kakashi if Sasuke took on Hidan. The Sharingan team would need to be kept at a distance, but I think the full-powered Zombie Brothers can take this.

Kakashi would most likely beat Hidan, since he knows about his trick. Kakashi wouldnt be dumb enough to let Hidan cut him. Now that Kakashi knows about Hidan, he doesnt stand a chance. Sasuke would go toe to toe with Kakuzu. I can see Sasuke taking out a few hearts with chidori nagashi. Sasuke's speed is extrodianry. Team Sharigan wins this.

While I dont think Genjustu would work against Kakuzu given the fact that the creatures within him have the ability to move and act independently of him, I think Sharingan gen makes quick work of Hidan...making him cut his own head off or something.

I think they could eventually take Kakuzu out, but at least one of them dies
