I like Post-skip's look, but ultimately, I liked Pre-skip Naruto better. I just liked how he went from bratty and alone to someone who would fight to the death for his friends.

Both, in a way. I like to see characters develop, and Naruto is of course no exception, but the process is one thing, the result another. I've warmed to both "Narutos", and couldn't really decide on a specific favourite, since they obviously each have their individual positive traits. Of course, I've had somewhat more time to acquaint myself with pre-TS-Naruto than with his post-TS-counterpart, so mayhap I'll be able to formulate a definite decision as the series progresses.

I think I probably like him pre-skip a little more, but I'm fine with him either way. It was just interesting at the start to watch him go from someone who goofed around a bunch to being capable of participating in serious combat. I still think his character is as stubborn as ever, but there isn't that feeling of him struggling to get acceptance from everyone as we have seen that the other protagonists know him now and some even look up to him.

Then he got older, made a promise to Sakura and it was like he got married and had babies.

Commmitment, you know.

It's like he doesn't have time for things like dates, or hanging out anymore... It's just.. "Sasuke this, Sasuke that, Sasuke, Sasuke, Sasuke."

He went from being 12 years old to 30 in the blink of an eye.

I like After Time-Skip Naruto a lot more.
It was part 2 that made me fall in love with Naruto after all.:love

I liked his "number-one knuckled headed ninja" personality pre-time skip. But I also like his quieter more focused personality post skip. I don't like how he hasn't shown any new jutsus and I do miss the funniness.

I guess I'm holding judgment until more shippuuden episodes come out. (There have only been 47 shippuden compared to 220 original episodes)
