I know that, I'm saying what will they do in the anime? After all it was the nanomachines that turned train into a kid and that other poor sweeper into a wolf in the manga >_>

However, The anime has a knack for changing the story around. So, I was wondering if they planned on changing it to Tao instead of Nanomachines. After all, Nanotech hsan't been talked about much in the anime since the earlier episodes.

well we don't exactly have proof it's gonna be 26 eps. but i highly doubt they'll make train transform into a child. who knows, maybe they'll skip it entirely and just give him the friggin rail gun after getting injected with lucifer. maybe the prof's role in the anime is nothing more than being something for the taoist monkey to absorb intelligence from. though i don't see the point since creed wanted it in the manga to create "god's breath" which he apparently already has in the anime. i don't know....XD

I'm very interested to see what the anime levaes in and takes put from the manga. I mean the last saga when the Sweepers formed an alliance was awesome. But will they have enough time to to fit that entire arc in the series. Well, I guess if the series is more than 26 then should be possible. But for some reason I'm having my doubts. And they have to includes Sven's training...they just have to....I mean Sven better not develop Glaspers Eye, during battle or somthing because that would be really cheap :notrust

And there's still the part about the new chronos members who haven't been introduced yet...(i.e. X). I mean the first 12 episodes pretty much combined/cut out or shortened so many stories that happened in the manga. It feels that if they really wanted to...they can make it into 26 episodes, but I truly hope they don't....

She threw away almost all of her emotion when joining chronos but you can tell she probably had doubts about killing train when he first deserted chronos.

Well, after the Sven's Training and Eve's improvement, I'd doubt that guy would be able to win. I mean Glasper Eye, is just amazing, plus it doesn't consume Sven's energy. And Eve has gotten much better at her transformations, plus she's a smarter fighter. She was able to play on Leon's emotions by making him angry and forcing him to change his fighting strategy. And Train, well, he took on that Tao girl *the one with the bugs* like she was nothing, and didn't even need to use the Rail gun...in fact threw away his last shot just to show her the true difference in power.

Sepheria fought Train in the anime, however the manga did not show anything of that nature. But in both series you can tell she care for him.

Well, it's assumed that Train is on a whole 'nother level than Sven or Eve. But I think Sven might have been to hold his own against that guy from that party. I mean with Glasper eye, it's almost as every movement is slowed down. That should give Sven the edge in that match-up.

I'm just glad that all of the main characters have had a chance to improve their fighting abilities. Itr would have sucked if they didn't aqcuire any new abilities or training.

And yes, "nice" should be banned from both of our volcabulary when speaking to each other XD

Sven is still a great fighter, and no, I don't believe he can win against Train, but you have to admit it was a major upgrade for him. And as for Train, well, I guess he should save his Railgun for someone like Creed, but he used all of them up before even getting to him, so Train will have to beat him some other way. And won is pretty good, but I think Sven can take him with his Glasper Eye.

And do you know if they've released any chapters past 168. I mean any scantilated chapters?

I never mentioned martial arts, because there's more than one way to fight. Sven has his way which is a unique blend of weapons and his eye. In most cases he would win , but against the guy with the punching gloves "Thunder head" lol.....he would have a very difficult time, but it would be closer than what you'd think. Sometimes I think you underestimate Train.

I was thinking of making a Black Cat manga thread a while back, but lost my nerves. and 170 seems to be the latest chapters out at the moment, but I'm still on the lookout for newer chapters.

I think the writers got lazy with Won, but it would be seriously sick if he did appear, but since the series is almost over I don't really see a reason for him to come back at this stage.

I never mentioned martial arts, because there's more than one way to fight. Sven has his way which is a unique blend of weapons and his eye. Why do you have to seperate Creed's GB from him. If he has that ability then she lost to Creed, a much stronger Creed, but Creed nonetheless. Seperating Creed's power from his-self makes no sense. You have to take everyone at the peak of thier ability. Creed's ability included GB with nano-tecnhnology, so Creed >>>Sepheria and Train defeats Creed. Using an older fight when Train was weaker doesn't make any since.

The true measure of a fighter is their ability to win against the strongest opponents. and He did so, against Creed, if you want to make the Train versus Sepheria argument, the writers would make Train win in some fashion, because they wouldn't pit those two togther in a fight unless train could find some way to win. There's the X-factor working here, when the main character/hero goes into a fight against someone they'll usually win, especially if it's the final battle.

Saya's sacrafice is one of the main reason that fuels Train to find and kill Creed. I don't think there could have been a worse lost than Saya. He wasn't really close to Rinslet at the time. Heck, he didn't even know her at the time of the killing :S

She didn't really get much screen time. In the manga she got a few chapters dedicated to her, but I guess the anime only has a limited number of episodes to work with and didn't want to emphasize that aspect.

the plot is moving along at a very fast rate, I actually thought this ep felt kind of rushed, it would have done better spacing it out over 2 eps. Also the animation quality didn;t seem to be up to the levels of the previous eps.

Was still a good ep though overall :) they are definately building a Rins x Jenos relationship up. A bit of development between Eve and Leon as well, that was unexpected.

I think they're trying to cram in as much of the storyline into the episode since there restricted to a rumored 26 episode series.

I have to admit I am happy that their building Jenos XRinslet, because it was obvious from the start they had a connection in the anime. As with Leon and Eve, I guess it was bound to happen, especially if they hope to have a situation similar to the manga, but that's just my opinion :noworry

They've been chopping up the storyline since the very beggining. I mean it does stay fresh in some ways because we're really not sure what happens in the episodes because they don't exactly follow the anime. But because of that we miss certain goodies like wolfie and T-rex :amuse

Well, yeah, I'm a little disappointed in the fact that the anime skips cetain parts, but as long as the final confrontation mimics what heppened in manga, I'll be happy because some of the best fight happened there. oh..and I also want to see Train, Sven and Eve progress in there battle abilities and powers, and yo know what kind of upgrades I'm talking about :wink

I like what Saya told Train. To forget about her, but it wasn't meant to run away but to not get stuck in the past. And eventually train did learn that lesson, and what's wrong with working as a sweeper and not killing? :notrust

Train had to be true to his self. In the beggining being an assasain was what he knew and he is good at it. But he found another way of living and if that way makes him happy, then I'm not one to judge.

Creed is unusual and finds pleasure in the sickest ways. Yeah, that is yaoish. If it were a woman who told that to Train I would have found it very sexual in nature v_v

HOLY SHIT! What a great fucking episode. This was the best episode of Black Cat bar none.

How can they top this episode with the series finale? Its just, this almost felt like a final episode to me. It was very climactic.

I'm sure Jenos survived but what about his two other Numbers partners?

Ultimate, Train chose his friends over Creed which was sweet. I loved the final scene where Eve was like, "So you were turned down, Train?"

Just saying it was as it were a tag-team move. Train and Saya, you speak as if it was just tarin who got out of the docs illussion. And yeah, Train defeats Creed, and Creed is abouve all of Chronos when he has GB at his disposal then comes the other member of chronos, followed by Tao, and then Eve and Sven. Although the Bug user is more powerful than probably all but Creed/Train/I and II.

But you can't just say one thing is more important than the other. You're trying to discount the Tao because there powers cam from drinks? It wasn't luck, they were meant to have the power, just like the Guardians trained to become powerful and were meant to be part of chronos

That's because Belze is a good fighter cup-nini. Just because you refuse to admit it doen't mean it isn't true.

You keep saying that they wouldn't have need a plan to destroy numbers if they were strong. Then you and I have defintions of what we consider to be strenght. And I think planning ahead and setting traps shows greater strenght and know-how than numbers. Maybe chronos is mentally weaker if they fell for such an obvious trap :noworry

That's suggesting the anime decided to go in a very different direction. But I guess that can't be helped that all these theories are coming out of the wood works. Interesting theory cuppy. Creed was there fighting with Train around the area where Saya's body was. And when Sven got there, he didnt' even see a girl's body there. Creed probably has Saya's body somewhere and will manipulate her so she goes against Train and forces him to fight her or join him. It's the ultimate twist since Saya is the one who changed Train's life to begin with.

I also think one of the #s will die or be shown dead in episode 13 but I know it won't be Jenos. He'll probably use his weapon to grab onto some tree to slow down his fall and survive. I loved the last thing he said to Rinslet and her reaction to it. That was great. I also loved Eve's comment on Train saying Saya was just his best friend. :lmao

Then he dedicated his life to killing that man, then that guy goes out and gets himself killed before train gets his chance to exact his revenge. Then to top it off his only friend in the world gets killed by that homicidal maniac known as Creed.

I think Train deserves to have some happiness in his life, and his life as an Eraser kept that darkness of the past deep inside his heart. It isn't until he befriends Saya that is outlook starts to change and he's trying to break awya from that hurtful past. Give Train a break :noworry

lol...yeah, most people don't like the more peaceful path. I mean cold-blooded violence seems the age with fans nowadays. They like a character that walks the line of good and evil and adopted that character as their new defintion of what is the cool hero.

I like the funny and care-free train because his moments are always so light-hearted and brings a smile to my face. However, he can quickly switch to fighting mode when the situation arises. He joined chronos to do what the guy trained him to do...KILL, it's like you're saying parenting doesn't have any influence on the outcome of a person.

For example, if my parents trained me to be nothing but a killer, by gosh, I'm probably going to be kiler, and even if they died, their training would have been so ingrained in me that it would seem that I'm still being controlled. If he was still under chronos, he probably wouldn't have done such a thing. Especially if it meant going against orders from Chronos. I mean he's different from certain members like Jenos. Jenos works for Chronos but seems to have a different philospophy when working. LOL...and he does love the ladies. But Train was all work and no play when he worked for chronos and it seemed as if there was no room for personal feelings or decisions when carrying out his tasks.

Dude...face it, Train grew up in an environment that no one else rarely does. So, to compare every single experience to his would be majorly unfair. Those dramatic events surely has an effect on his life and some serious mind warping issues, whether you care to admit it.
The fact that he joined Chronos shows that he's experience some Cognitive Dissonance. He's working as an assassain (basically doing the job the guy who killed his parents wanted him to do), but for the reason of making sure eveil guys like him are punished.
