Hmm...I have to think hard for this one.

Here's the thing, it's hard to tell the extent of Zabuza's Suiton mastery. I say this because we didn't see him generate any water, but keep in mind that he had no need to since they were next to a lake or something. Kisame also didn't have to create his own water when he ran into Kurenai and Asuma. With that in mind, I still doubt that Zabuza had anywhere near Kisame's chakra level. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that 30% Kisame has more chakra than 100% Zabuza. Then again, chakra alone doesn't win battles. It'd be interesting to see how Kisame would avoid the silent killing, since he hasn't shown us that he has a superior sense of smell like Kakashi does with his nindogs. Then again, Kakashi was still able to avoid Zabuza's attacks by predicting where they would be, so Kisame could possibly do that too. Instincts tell me to go with 30% Kisame, but I'm not sure how he could avoid the Mist + Silent Killing.

It took Zabuza maybe 25 seals to do powerful water ninjutsu. 30% Kisame Clone simply claps his hands or spits and does water ninjutsu twice as powerful as those of Zabuza. Plus, his taijutsu is comparable to Gai's, he has the Samehada, and is physically very strong. Kisame wins.

Wrong. Power Level doesn't mean anything. Comparing someone like Sandaime Prime and Tsunade Prime is wrong just because they are hokage doesn't mean they are equal or the Sanin.

Zabuza didn't have help fighting team Kakashi the first time. Haku was watching from a distance. Zabuza landed a solid kick on Kakashi, whereas Asuma was dodging the real Kisame's attack left and right.

In the end, it comes down to how their styles match up. Kisame has suiton, but Zabuza can use the same water against him with his own suiton, whereas in the mist, Zabuza is at a complete advantage. Brawn doesn't beat brain in this manga, hence why Kisame and Gai never get into real fights with strategic opponents.

Bitch plz, Kisame so grossly outclasses Zabuza it's not even...legal. Zabuza's Power is fourth tier, while Gai's is 5. Kisame's 30% Shouten was able to bear down on Gai with only one arm and slam him to the bottom of a lake (which he fecking MADE) with his other arm. Suiton: Goshokuzame forced Gai to Sixth Gate to blast it back with a surge of chakra, which pretty much raised the entire lake surrounding him and tore through the solid rock that the ground was made of. The water sharks actually seemed denser than Zabuza's techniques, which were more or less loose rushes of water.

And you really think Kisame wouldn't know Silent Homicide? They're both part of the Seven Shinobi-Gatana of the Mist. Zabuza would pull his little mist trick and be like "Heh heh heh, I'm in ur base, killin ur doodz.", and he'd suddenly get broad-sided out of nowhere by a large object, and be like "WTF, was that?! Samehada?!", and Kisame would be standing there like "That was my cock, bitch.", and he would proceed to do unspeakable things to Zabuza with the ease of a professional wrestler wailing on a quadraplegic.

You might as well make this a fight between Tsunade and Konohamaru.

From hype alone i'd have to go with Kisame, however from what we've seen, Zabuza might be able to pull it off. The mist gives him a huge advantage, and even someone like Kakashi who was extremely skilled in Suiton himself, and with his sharingan, was at a disadvantage.

This could go either way, but when comparing them, i'd have to go with zabuza.
