Ok, I have looked back in Nami's Ms. Doublefinger fight, and I must admit, that was a bad case of PIS in Doublefinger's part. Would the fight have gone differently if Doublefinger did not have PIS?

Nami knows everything about the Climatact.

If that's too much of a stomp in Doublefinger's favor, then:
Perfect Climatact Nami vs. No-PIS Ms. Doublefinger.

Normal one would take too long in this situation.

Plot Induced Stupidity. like what many people claim happened to Kakuzu in Naruto even thou thats not what happened. when a person has PIS, they basically lack common sense, although I do not really see the PIS in the fight to begin with. Ms. Doublefinger had no idea wth the climatact was and neither did nami for about 75% of the fight. so she sort of toyed with Nami, do you mean to say a bloodlusted ms.doublefinger?

Since Nami has perfect working knowledge of the normal Climatact in this scenario, she still wins with some difficulty.

Anyway, Nami would win in the first scenario as long as she could keep away long enough to make a mirage. I don't think Ms. Doublefinger is very fast so Nami should manage it.

Mirage + Tornado Tempo = KO'ed Ms Doublefinger.
