Hrmm...I don't think that necessarily gives NejiTen a higher probability of happening. Both Lee and Hinata shouldn't be used to rank the chances of the pairing anyway, they've got their own issues to deal with. :3 Perhaps it's just better to say that Neji and Tenten's comradeship really increases their chance of interaction. They're also extremely comfortable around the other, and always by the other's side regardless of the situation. Neither is afraid to take help from the other either. It's just a really well balanced relationship, with it's goods and bads. It's what makes me love it so. :iria

Hm. Superficially, because Tenten-the-girl is generally viewed as a tomboy, I'd like for Tenten-the-boy would be Totally Absolutely Clueless about girls. As in, he failed every Academy test there is about them. Except the "how not to get ensnared by a kunoichi/woman." He'd pass that only because he is married to his weapons. Anything else about girls is known wholly on an academic scale (because he needed to pass the tests somehow.) And as Tenten-the-boy, he'd have an even more legitimate reason to be weapons-obsessed. (I'd think some people would think it strange for a girl to go for being a weapons-expert.)

Neji-the-girl would be just as equally clueless about guys, because 1) they were All Idiots and Pointless and 2) there was no point in associating herself with out-clanspeople (even if she hated clans-people in the first place).

Therefore, it would still be Clueless Boy and Clueless Girl, except I think the hilarity would start even sooner because Tenten-the-boy would have no qualms at ditching his shirt during sparring. And I'd bet that in all her life in sparring within clan quarters, virtually no Hyuuga ditched their shirt in Neji-the-girl's presence (either it was the fear of the Death Glare or that ditching shirts is simply Not Done in the Hyuuga compound). Therefore, the shock and oogling would happen all that much faster. >D *is shot*

Also, somehow the idea of Tenten-the-boy considering Neji-the-girl to be some super-complicated test is amusing to me. After all, Neji's the first girl Tenten-the-boy's never been able to hit with a weapon.

I want to say that with greater strength and less flexibility, he'd be a tad bit more focused on melee weapons. But still specializing in ranged, don't get me wrong - just a tad bit less accurate, a tad bit stronger, and a tad more likely to haul out a broadsword and start whaling away.

Episode 33 was made of win on so many different levels. Those last lines made me giggle insanely. Haha, I love how connected they are. They really rely a lot on the other for some sort of sanity. It's so amusing. >3

The animation plus the fact that there was Team 8 and Team Gai in the episode made it a solid 10 for me. Couldn't have asked for a better end for Team Gai.

Overall I still love the first arc of Part II. We got so many more NejiTen goodies then I had expected. The anime team loves our ship. *3* Water Prison scene + 2 Omakes...what more could I ask for? :kloff

I also want to say the same thing. Why, yes, I understand the fact that the anime and Kishimoto himself are two separate entities...but it seems highly suspicious to me that the anime team would choose an obscure pairing like this one and just fill it up with such tasty moments during the filler and Shippuuden. I mean...there are other more popular pairings that they could have chosen...8)

She half collapsed on the bedroll he occupied, and for a brief minute the warmth of her exhausted body met the tension of his, one of her hands lifted to curl into the cotton of his shirt. He felt her embarrassment in that moment, her apology, everything he too was experiencing but did not display. He realized how far they had come, what it meant to be adults who had undergone more than just a change of uniform or status title.

Those lines made me melt! Loved it.

I do see a bit of OOC towards the middle. And the rushedness hahaha...I love making up new words towards the end sort of made it less believable. I did like this though. Loved the mission gone wrong angle, and how you focused on how they both felt through out the whole thing.

Is that person Neji? It's from the 12th Naruto ending with the dogs. Everyone was dressed as dogs... I could recognize everyone but him. I mean, I saw Shino and Tenten! I went back and wrote down all of the people who showed up. Neji and Sasuke were the only people I didn't see...and I didn't know this person, so I tried connecting the names. I could be Sasuke, but he already left the village at that point, so...I dunno. XD What do you guys think?

Episode 14 was full of sooooo much epic win I can't contain it all in just one post. From the shojo-fied moment of them together with the music in the background and the way they're looking at each other it's all so delicious. I love the anime team for it. I believe that quote is from the Curry of Life filler. But I find it interesting that they used that quote for the card. Shows a lot of trust in this context. And yay! It's nice to see comments like that. As a pairing, Neji and Tenten are very level headed and the pairing itself doesn't draw the attention of those crazy couple wars that are so rampant everywhere. I don't think this FC needs to be involved with it all. The only thing anyone should do in my honest opinion is defend the pairing when necessary. How you had Tenten fending off Neji with a stick....priceless XD

This was interesting. Nice light hearted drabble with a hormone driven Neji. :3 Usually I hate that, but you actually made it enjoyable to read. I think it had to do with the fact that you had Tenten being the sensible one instead of being all like "Oh, Neji. Give me more lovin'!" Also like the fact that you did make Neji the one to feel that way. Too many people think he's like some hard stone that feels absolutely nothing.

What part of the ending did you not like? The part with Gai and Lee/ or the part right before with Neji and Tenten. Haha...the only thing I'd want is a continuation of that scene with Neji and Tenten. :sag

The pairing is very logical in my opinion. I started liking them right in the beginning, and began becoming a rabid fangirl after the water prison scene in the manga. Much to my surprise it was hyped up in the anime, and made me forever true to the pairing. :love

they say that fillers arent supposed to mean anything but im really glad for them. there is quite a lot of scenes and especially the one where neji, ten, and lee went to meet this lady that lee met and they ate the food, course lee was the only one that liked it but it made me LOL. I've been to an AnimeCon yesterday. I saw Two Tenten cosplayers but the sad part is there's no NEJI!! So sadly guys I wouldn't be able to smother you with NejiTen cosplaying pictures...:cry And I already have an uber kawaii, fluffly pose in my mind..:cry It's a two day event and today's the second day..( I didn't join this time) who knows neji might be there...XD
