Catty: You just mentioned it, so I went to check my own rep. I have no clue how to tell if it's a neg/plus since I don't pay much attention to that. WOOOOO! My school had a multi-cultural fair today. It's basically when all the clubs get together and sell stuff. The anime club (which I'm in) was selling drawings. I asked them to draw one of Tenten and Neji, and they did it. Neji was drawn by a member, and Tenten was drawn by the president of the club. They have completely different styles of drawing. Lol.

Yeah I agree that Neji would be very overprotective, perhaps even borderlining on controlling. If Neji caught Tenten cheating on him, then I believe that he would feel too wounded and betrayed to forgive her.

I think there'll be two versions of these kind of idea:

a. Tenten'll let it be (after a few wounded days) and slapped Neji on the face, saying, "Jerk." then go out to find a better guy and a brighter day.

b. Tenten'll have those wounded nights and recollected herself pieces by pieces, still smiling although wounded inside until Neji realized his mistakes and finally came back to her again, breaking down from waves of regret.

But to tell ya the truth, Just like you, I have no idea what will the real Tenten do. Anyway... Nejiten will prevail. ^^ hahahaha... Since I guess Neji won't cheat (he already lost too many people and I guess he'll protect those dear to him with all his heart) and Tenten... Tenten, you'll be an absolute idiot if you resist someone like THE Hyuuga Neji. ^^

Different things can result from Neji!Abuse. Usually it all works out in the end. XDD It's all in good fun, and I believe if you read some ficcage from our top Neji!Abuser *cough*wingsover*cough* you'd understand a bit better. She makes it an art. XDD

o0o0o, also... hmm... like 5 hours ago I started making an extended version of my "A Forbidden Love" AU vid since many of you liked it. I was bored, it was 4 a.m and I was hit with a pang of inspiration =P

Trust me, you'll love it [The beginning is so sad]. I'm going to upload a preview later tonight or maybe just do the whole thing then upload it O.o. Meh, we'll see...

It will have Tristan & Isolde music, more audio clips from the movie and it will show you the whole build up of the relationship Neji and Tenten had. Then an extended version of the Neji vs Naruto fight for Tenten and many more [I wish not to spoil you]. OMGness, this will def be my awesomest amv yet.

Ne ways to those who are interested... can anybody show me the chapter where Tenten and Neji appeared in the manga? Oh also Lee and Gai... basically Team gai's appearances in the manga...?

I tried to look at mangavolume but only from chapter 200 upwards are available... so if anyone could show me a link for the chapters especially Team Gai's interaction in the manga I'd be very happy... (I would have got all of the chapters from the start but it'll be more troublesome...)

Ne ways to those who are interested... can anybody show me the chapter where Tenten and Neji appeared in the manga? Oh also Lee and Gai... basically Team gai's appearances in the manga...?

If you mean before time skip then the first time we ever see Team Gai is in Volume 4: Chapter 36. If you mean when they are introduced in time skip then it's Volume 28: Chapter 253. For interactions or tid bits you can see the volume listings made available on Tenten-chan's Tenten site (http://tenten.raikiri.org/index2.html) in the media section. XD

See, I started off liking NejiTen, but after getting involved in the Naruto fandom and discovering other pairings I became a Hyuugacest fan...and I started to hate NejiTen because I noticed that a lot of its fans were disrespecting my pairing because well...you know <.< Now that I think about it, it's kind of unfair because I didn't hate the pairing for itself, but because of some fans (and I know not all NejiTen fans are like that). So I'd like to reconsider the pairing.

And I must admit, the fanart had a huge part in sparking my interest in NejiTen again. :P

Even beyond the fact that they are seen a lot together, I think there's more to it. There's obviously some built in system of trust and acceptance between them, which is probably why they prefer to be near each other. I think the anime is catching on to Kishimoto's intention. :plot

It was meant to be. XDD But in regards to whether Kishi did this on purpose or not is really unknown. I like to think that when an author gives someone a birthday that it's an indication that he's really thought the characters through. Kishi may not have his head on right when it comes to plot, but I feel that his characters are very well developed even if they don't get as much attention as other characters do. He's clever like that.

Okay, I finally give in...my inner NejiTen fangirl is urging me to. And um, I've saved a lot of pretty fanart, which helped. Fanart does wonders :yell

It's not bad, though I think there are some things that can be done to make it look better. :D Like the cut out is perfect...probably better then how my cut out turn out *shakes fist at lasso tool* But cleaning the images (I usually mess with the layer tools) and then sharpening them with unsharpen mask helps a lot. A border would have been nice and possibly a few more layers to help enhance color and mood.

There's one thing I'm not sure of, but that thing over Neji and Tenten's head...probably doesn't need to be there. XD But that's just me. -.-

As for your question, no, Tenten wouldn't have byakugan. That's not how it works. Byakugan is a kekkei genkai, or "bloodline limit", meaning it's passed down genetically.

I don't think that will ever happen...since Tenten generally and genetically don't have Hyuuga blood. Byakugan is a blood line limit of Hyuugas...it concerns family inheritance or whatever (now being married doesn't mean you change your DNA and Genetics, or acquiring your spouse's blood,right?...>.<) maybe their child/children will have them...(I can dream right?..)

i dont mind alittle angst but too much ruins fanart/fics ive seem some fics that are soo fucking depressing u need to take prozac just to make i through the first chapter (sasusaku fics keep falling into that trap) killing members of the show is another big turn off in fics/art as well im a strong believer that if kishi didnt kill them then we shouldnt

"Let go," he says.

She shakes her head stiffly, fingers clenched on the top of the book case, the tips of her feet balanced on one of the shelves. One of the boys has played a trick on her and run off with the ladder, leaving her stranded on a wall of books. She's not afraid of heights, it's just... It's so high. And Iruka-sensei is going to scold her for being late, even if she does come back with a history on sword folding.

"Let go," he repeats and she can tell he's getting impatient, his white eyes narrowing just a bit.

She gets annoyed right back. "You don't even have your arms out," she says pointedly over her shoulder. Neji huffs quietly, a very put-upon ten-year-old.

"Why should I if you're not going to jump?"

She wrinkles her nose at him but he can't see it as she's facing the book case. (Years from now, there won't be anything she can hide from him.)

"I am so going to jump. I just..." She shifts her feet a little. "I just..."

Below her, Neji lifts his arms.

She made a wonderful little post of all the doujins she purchased, and in the comments is a list of places she checks for them. I also won a doujin on auction japan. There's some NejiTen doujinshi on the site Concrete Girl...I know it's mainly ShikaIno but it also has NejiTen. Those look nice.

OMG I can just imagine it now... NejiTen hug, with Hiashi, Naruto, Shikamaru, Kiba, Orochimaru, Kabuto, and all the guys in the movie at the bottom... and the words "When fate betrays your heart, destiny leaves you no choice." Damn, I just got myself way too excited xD
