The good thing about working with Photoshop is that you can change the color of things fairly easily. And you can layer things on top of each other. Lady Azura mentioned she likes purple right?

Well you can easily change a pink picture to a purple picture or even a blue one by going to image menu, adjustments, hue and saturation and bwalla

You can get a purple or even a blue tinted image. You can actually do this in lots of different photo-editing programs.

You can even change colors and then layer them on top of each other however you want to.

I'm really depressed right now.
My puppy Peaches is very sick, and we don't know if she'll get better.
I feel so guilty, leaving for an anime convention tomorrow, when she's so sick. I know my dad will take care of her, but still... she's usually so happy and full of energy, and running around all over the place, but her eyes are red and she hasn't barked all day, and she's limping. ='( I'm really, really upset... we only got her a few months ago, and she can be annoying at times, but without her this house won't be the same.

And here I am, going off to Anime Boston tomorrow. I feel extremely guilty... ;_;

I'm sorry for dumping all of this on you guys, it's not your problem. ^^; I just really love this FC and all of the people in it, and I feel very comfortable talking to you guys, so I kinda just spilled. Again, sorry.

I've never had a pet before... so I dunno much about it really. I'm on the assumption that animals are tougher than humans though. I'm sure unless it's something really serious like meningitis or something like that she'll be fine. And if not I'm sure your pop's smart enough to know to take her to the vet. That's what they're there for right? And why bother feeling guilty about not staying? I mean think about it this way, what could you possibly do to help anywayz? Might as well just let nature take its course, and if that fails just call back home and ask at some point while you're away. You do have a cellphone right? ^_^

As for photoshop... I only know half the stuff I know in that program because I took a class for it. Changing color of things is actually the easiest thing you can do. As for the color change I did with Hanan's pic all I did was change the hue and saturation. I didn't do anything with lighting just the hue and saturation. I know how to change the lighting too though...

It's not meningitis, she has... um... can't spell this right, pnmonia? I spelt it wrong I'm sure. ^^; And something else, it starts with a c. She's been to the vet twice this week, and if she's that bad my dad will take her again. =)

Q&A About NejiTen Along With Canon Facts and Pairing Analysis

Q. How can you even like the pairing!? Tenten hardly shows up in the manga so that makes her the 'useless side character that no one gives a damn about'!

A. This is probably one of the biggest issues with fans. I think that the fact that Tenten lacks a bad history, leads many to think that she is a pointless side character that has no ambitions or emotions. Many claim that she would not be worthy of her Hyuuga partner's love. However, I don't find that to be the case at all. She does have a role on her team. She also has a goal that she strives for just like many of the other characters in the series. She acts as the balancing factor on her team. She keeps her members in check, and aids in some crucial team formations. She does this perfectly because she can communicate what needs to be said in an effective manner to each member of her team. It also helps that she is a very stable character (no psychological damage that we know of and she also know's how to deal with each member of her team accordingly). I seriously think that if people took time to study the Team Gai dynamics, that Tenten's role wouldn't seem so pointless to people.

Her goals also help establish her character very well. She's determined to be a strong ninja just like Tsunade. It's something very respectable, and she hasn't given up on achieving that goal seeing as she has indeed gotten stronger since part I of the series. She also still manages to keep up with her team mates who are no where near weak. The team works so well because the team is nicely balanced thanks to Tenten's presence. They work with each other, and by doing this their team has grown in power considerably.

Q. But, the pairing is only fan made. It's absolutely ridiculous!

A. How is the pairing ridiculous? It definitely has a basis if it has such a decent following. Both characters have interacted and continue to do so even though a clear difference exists in their level of expertise. If you don't believe that then you should probably check out Tenten's cover page. They've always been by each other's side, and they've both had their up and down moments apart and with each other. But I feel that the moments that they've shared stand out more in their favor then other suggested pairings with either character. Even the anime team has picked up on these hints, so to say the pairing is far fetched or doesn't stand a chance is...ridiculous in and of itself.

Character wise, both are very fitting, and they have a lot to gain from the other. Their time with each other and the amount of change both characters have made since they joined their team has made them close.

Q. She loves Lee though. Neji isn't important in her eyes anymore too, so how is this going to work out?

A. Not true at all. She loves them both as team mates. There has been no proclamations of love yet, so to say she exclusively loves Lee is a bit silly if you have no proof and rather ignorant if you can't see the fact that she cares about her team as a whole.

Q. Neji doesn't notice Tenten's existence. He also hates her with a passion.

A. Since when? Neji doesn't hate Tenten. Again. There is no proof of hate being harbored between the two. Neji respects Tenten, and Tenten respects Neji. They trust eachother, and are welcome to rely on eachother without having to feel awkward or dependent on the other. They have a very good understanding of eachother, and with all the time they spend together they know a lot about their respective partner.

I'm pretty sure he notices that person standing next to him that helps him train on a daily basis. If not, I'm sure Tenten would bomb him and make sure she left a permenant mark to help him remember. They're on the same team. They know eachother. They utilize eachother. Neji knows. Neji appreciates her.

Q. Wait...so does that mean, NejiTen is canon?

A. No. The point I'm trying to get across is that the relationship is indeed possible. It is not some random crack pairing someone decided upon because Neji's pretty and Tenten deserves the pretty guy. I'd despise the pairing if that were the case. It does have it's moments, and it also has it's problems. But each fandom does, so it's alright.

I would love if the relationship was further explored. I think Kishimoto did a great job handling the team's current dynamics and also shows that Neji isn't a cold hearted bastard who cares for no one but himself. He did a good job proving more of Tenten's role on her team as well (ie. the support character just like the other females on the other teams). She's more tame and friendly with Neji, while Neji still hasn't abandoned his team and continues working successfully with them even though he's now a Jounin. As you can see, the pairing does have a basis to work with and the bonds formed on this team can further help the pairing grow.

This is random, and I'm sorry for straying off NejiTen again, but I've actually given up on only watching the anime,and I've read 306, 307, and 308.
Sasuke has showed impressive power O__O I never knew that someone could penetrate Naruto's mind and actually see Kyuubi....and unfortunately, Kyuubi's portrayed as this power hungry, decieving fox demon...which goes against my thought of Kyuubi being Naruto's funny conscience (inspired by fanfiction.net smile-big ). As for Sasuke and Sakura, I'm extremely disappointed that he did not hesitate to attack...this leaves me confused, because of the Sasuke leaving Konoha scene, which showed a lot of emotion between the two, and sources do say that Sasuke didn't know how to respond to her confession. I was happy at the time because I felt this was a sign that Sasuke and Sakura would have a better chance at coming together in the future...but now that evil creep has filled his head with nonsense...I say off with his head.

The reunion of Team 7 is so exciting:P But Kishimoto's version of this reunion is so much more bitter than all the other views (fanfiction) I've read.....which really comes to show that those fanfics have heightened our hopes to things that may never happen *sigh* Such disappointment....
I'm a SasuSaku shipper, so if I said anything that might've angered you, I'm sorry..but these new chapters have made it absolutely impossible for me to not direct my attention to the pairing in danger :amazed Yes, I'm exaggerating, which shows how freakishly obsessed I am!!!:nuts

By the way, has anyone seen 185?? It was kind of funny seeing Onbu on both Neji and Tenten :laugh

I just watched 186....
When I saw Shino grin after eating the rice, I burst out laughing. Shino laughing is priceless...I've never expected anything funny to come out him. This filler wasn't bad at all.....this shows that every ninja has their ditzy and silly sides. Another scene I liked from 186, was when Shino said, "So, right now my heart is actually crying...at my current state," I don't know, it just seemed to add more hilarity to the filler. Now......I hope there's one involving Neji doing something idiotic ^^

The Sasuke getting inside Naruto's head part was kind of interesting though. There's so many ways you could take such an avenue of plot. Welp, wait for next week then I guess. :P

My only problems with the chapter so far are the fans and Sakura's missed chance in punching Sasuke. I was so MAD when she didn't punch him. It like ruined the chapter for me. Yeah, so all my SasuSaku confusion is over. I realized I really don't like the pair, and am awaiting for Sasuke to get his lights punched out. XD I think I only liked the tragic sense of the pairing. All well.

Yes. To me this proves NejixTenten. The colors are sort of emphasis on the whole interaction. Lee mainly interacts with Gai, while Neji and Tenten interact. And this is typical of Team Gai. It's their dynamic, so to speak. Which leads me to thus assume that on missions that require only two people and a team such as this were to be split, it would have to be Lee&Gai, and Neji&Tenten. Behind the scenes possibilities for fanfiction abound ne?

Anime Boston = the best weekend of my life! ^^ It was SO. MUCH. FUN. Three people took pics of me and I got two completely random glomps from strangers! xD The Anime Dating Game was so funny I was crying, and Itachi was in it! :O There were total kick-arse costumes, too! I took a bagillion pics! I meant to say that you shouldn't beat yourself up (if you are...or are going to) because like you said, it is better to end her suffering than to let her endure all the pain...which was what happened to my grandmother. I never really got to know her..and if I ever talked to her, I was too young to remember. About from when I was 5-10, she had a string of accidents, and she had different illnesses......so of course, I was sad when I went to her funeral in Taiwan, but it was reassuring for me to know that she wasn't suffering anymore.

I just had a "conversation" or so it seemed, with my brother's friend Yuta. Apparently, my brother has been driving his car instead of his own car, mainly for his unhappiness of having not obtained the car (because my parents won't buy it for him). So this conflict has been raging on and on since 3 months ago to now...and still continuing. And I have been the messenger between my parents and my brother whenever trouble ensues.....which makes me the middle-person, and I have to say that I am not quite content being the middle-person, because all the bashing and insults and annoying-ness is always turned to me, because I commented...and apparently, I'm not allowed to comment (unless I agree with him -_-''). So now, his close friend, and undeniably loyal (even though the matter is not at all right) to my brother keeps on SUBTLY *sarcasm* forcing me to give in to their needs, so I could talk my parents into letting my brother buy the car, which wouldn't work anyways b/c my parents would know that he's talking through me. But seriously, their argument against ours is this, " I will be unhappy forever if I can't have that car," which according to Yuta is too SIMPLE to be said in words...it ISN'T SIMPLE, it's the truth and it's the only way to sum it up that includes all the necessary and important details. The only details he says I'm missing are the details that support his argument. *growls* After I replied saying, "I want him to be happy, but a car costs a lot," he replied, "Everything your brother said about you was right," and then he logged off, which I assume means that he got the last word, and he was COOL. Idiot...they're all idiots to be giving into that damn reason.....
Their strongest point was saying that my brother had a connection with the car, and that he even talks to the car (I guess it runs in the family, I too talk to inanimate objects xD)...so basically it's saying he is in very friendly terms with the car. A person could damn straight live without a car.....HE ALREADY HAS A CAR....AND IT'S NOT AT ALL CHEAP.

Some works are mature, so if there is an art work that looks cut and it is a link...be aware that you might see something you don't. It's also a Neji/Hayate site...yeah so don't be shocked XD.

Jabber Wocky (http://www.geocities.jp/j_wocky/)-- I love this site. It has adorable art and gifs. Simple navigation as well.

Setsugetsuka (http://rsetsugetsuka.client.jp/)-- A Tenten site that is supportive of NejiTen. The art work is just too cute for words. Probably one of my favorite NejiTen art pages. It's definitely worth a look.

The art style is the same as that found at KomiPink and the art is just incredibly too cute for words. The artist does a lot of Tenten pairings, but there is a bunch of NejiTen related art here too.

It's definitely a fresh look, and again, another site I frequent often ever since the beginning of my fanart hunting. Sorry this is off topic, but my mom kinda shocked me today. xD;

xD Taping a million episodes of the English dub payed off... I look through my 6, yes 6 tapes (xD But they have some Inuyasha, Samurai Champloo, Eureka 7, and FMA on them too... ) and picked one episode (the very first episode of the Forest of Death arc... half of it is Anko explaining rules and stuff, and the other half is the beginning... I picked it 'cause it has a little of the Rookie 9 and Team Gai in it, the main characters). =/ I still don't know why, but I guess it's fine. I would let her watch the GOOD version, the Japanese one, but I don't think she'd want to. xD I just tape the dub 'cause I don't mind it, and I watch it when I'm bored.

Oh, she wants to see Gravitation too.

A. I see. That could be a problem. But unfortunately, I can't make you like her. I can give you information that may help on changing your view of her though. Maybe it may help you hate her a little less.

There are a few essays on the Tenten FC (http://forums.narutofan.com/showthread.php?t=33399) and an excellent essay (http://www.geocities.com/kapumt/essays/Tenten-Study.htm) written by Toboe Lonewolf that examines her place in the Naruto verse while sticking strongly to the canon evidence provided in the manga and databook (it's more canon then the silly fillers and extra stuff the anime team puts in to the show :P). The essay is long, but worth a read. It goes into her personality as well, just in case people are still arguing whether she has one or not.

All in all, I think it helps if you try and ease into her character. Once you do I think people tend to see how versatile and fun she is as a character. Happy trails though.

Q. But I hate Neji! He's such a jerk and deserves to be alone! Lee is a much better choice!

A. Are you sure you hate Neji? Or is it a matter of misunderstanding his character just like Tenten? Seriously, Neji is a kick ass character. I'm sure some people may be a bit upset with him in terms of harming his cousin, but he has indeed made a change from the better. He still remains his stoic self, but he is definitely a better man and I think he better understands and appreciates the people around him. I think the change he has made makes him an awesome character. You should probably do some reading up on him if you have the chance.

As for Lee...I love Lee too! But in terms of dynamics...I still don't see how Lee would be the better choice of the two. Neither is a bad choice for Tenten, but the relationship of both males with Tenten is much different, and I'm inclined to say that in terms of interest, Neji and Tenten makes more sense.

Another point I wish to bring up is that, why should Lee be more deserving of love than Neji? Why does Neji have to be alone? That isn't fair either. It's obvious that Neji does acknowledge the importance of people around him. They have given him strength and the correct motivation to be the person he is in Naruto. It's a bit bias to think that Neji deserves to be alone. D: I also find it a bit strange considering that Lee has expressed romantic interests in another girl as opposed to Tenten. He hasn't shown that he has suddenly changed his opinion either.

Q. Bah. No point in bothering with this pairing anyway. It's only a result of obsessed SasuSaku and NaruHina fans who must have everyone paired off.

A. I think I'm a pretty good example of how stupid that statement is. XD Seriously, those pairings DO NOT need to happen in order for NejiTen to happen. It can happen on its own.

NejiTen will always be my OTP. I tolerate a bunch of different pairings and a lot of people here tolerate and support a bunch of pairings as well. But why does that even matter here anyway? We only talk about NejiTen here, so no worries if you are having doubts in joining this FC. No flame wars can be found here. You're safe.

Furthermore, some people like all three of thos listed pairings. I tend to stay away from work when this triple threat appears in fanfiction cause there's usually poor attention given to each pairing and it never is realistic. I doubt there should be an issue of this here anyway. Obviously, if you don't like something don't mention it or avoid it all together if you aren't open minded. ^^;

Q. Uh...I still don't like the pairing.

A. *shrug* Good for you? Would you like a cookie? Perhaps another FC would be better for you.

Speaking about going blind, there's this one fanfic I've been searching and I just can't seem to remember the title. Basically it's about Neji going blind and Tenten having to take care of him. (Multi-chaptered, on FF.net) I just can't seem to find it.

How strange... I read an excellent, excellent (my favorite!) NaruHina fic, Naruto went blind and Hinata had to take care of him. It was multi-chaptered on FF.net too. ^^ I loved it!). I'd be happy to read the NejiTen one if you ever find it.


And for some odd reason I actually like Naruto Highschool fics. Because, I don't really understand why, but to me the cast of Naruto fit so much better in highschool setting than any other anime I like. I won't post any of the ones I like in here though, because many people HATE highschool-fics. :P

Aaaah...I can't remember where I saw it. It was basically a page from the comic with the words rewritten.

First panel was Kakashi on Gai's back and Gai carrying a huge backpack on his chest.
Second panel was "Gai's clone" bending down, arms out, obviously ready for Neji to leap on. And Neji is standing behind Lee going, "what the heck are you ON?"

It's even better in the spoof.

Crack is so much fun.
