Is Bleach no longer widescreen?

I have a wide screen monitor and the last two Bleach episodes (Naruto also) don't fit my entire screen. It cuts off on the left and the right side. I know this is a really noobish question, but if anyone can answer it, I'd really appreciate it.

It might be that the site you're getting them from doesn't get them in wide-screen anymore.

Only the movies I think.

OR it could be the settings in your MEDIA PLAYER.

I've always gotten my naruto and bleach from dattebayo. Its probably never widescreen but all the previous episodes used to fit my entire screen but now it doesn't fill my whole screen from left to right. Its only happening with bleach and naruto because all my other animes are working just fine. I'm using the Zoom Player with the cccp codec.

well i havent watch any of the new eps as of yet..but i do remember all of them going full screen when i was using vlc

Its probably a setting on you Zoom player.

You can switch formats by going to options.

I don't think theres anything wrong with my player or if I accidently changed an option on it because every other single anime that I have works fine. The only animes that doesn't fill my whole screen is Bleach and Naruto, so I was thinking that maybe DB has gotten lazy or something and just wanted to find out if anyone else was having the same problem.

I don't have any problems.

EDIT: Try using GOM PLAYER. It has awesome features and an easy option of turning widecreen mode on or off.

I think its just me because I just tried playing some of the older Bleach and Naruto episodes and they don't fit the entire screen eventho they used to. I just reformatted my computer recently too. So could it be because I'm missing a codec or something because I have no idea whats going on since only DB's files seem to be affected.


Edit: I just started going thru my animes to check and it seems to only be happening to my animes that are .avi files. MP4, MKV files are fine. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

Nevermind, I just found out what the problem was; I forgot to switch the setting to 16:9 widescreen after re-installing the player :facepalm

try VLC media player and just full screen it...its what I do and everything works just fine..

maybe you altered a setting lately or hit something on your keyboard that messed up the video screen in the program

I have a widescreen monitor too, and I've ALWAYS had black bars on the left and right. Bleach has never been widescreen. :oh
