Two people have a conversation that makes it clear that Ace is in Impel Down.

ローラ子分がゾロのくまの一部始終をサンジに話す（ロビン盗み聞き）
One of Lola's henchmen tells Sanji the whole story about Zoro and Kuma (Robin eavesdrops).

ビンクスの酒の歌をシャンクすも歌ってたからルヒ知ってる、ロビンも
Ruhi (possibly a typo on the Japanese end, and it's Luffy?) knows the song about Binks' sake from Shanks singing it, Robin knows it too.

島でローラ達と宴開始
Lola and crew start a party on the island.

骨ピアノ弾きながらルヒと会話
While Brook plays the piano, Ruhi (Luffy again?) talks to him.

仲間なるんだろ、いや仲間待ってるから、知ってるラブーンだろ、なぜみたいな感じで号泣
He tells him to be part of the crew, that he shouldn't wait anymore(?), and that they know about Laboon, and (someone) starts to cry aloud.

骨のヨーキ家遺族団時代の回想へ　で終わり
Brook reminisces about the time without his crew. And that's the end of the chapter.

Well, before the zombies dissapeared, I heard this from the Master Moria's three servant zombies,　Gyoro, Nin, and Bao.
Kuma came to deliver the name of the Shichibukai to fill Crocodile's hole.
