If he isn't, then he isn't. But I don't think Kishimoto made them so similar (physical AND personality-wise) for no reason. And in the Lee/Gai argument, the series already showed how Lee turned out looking and acting like Gai~

I just really think that Yondaime is Naruto's father. It makes sense.

My personal theory is that the Kyuubi was his mother.

Kyuubi's a girl who can shapeshift into a beautiful human maiden, just like in most of all the legends.
