I think another pirate attack would be lame. But I'm not against a detour. Maybe they'll fight a giant seamonster or something. Though that sounds lame too.

I think they are heading to Elfhelm directly but they will find more obstacles along the way.

Maybe from another Godhand? Another appearance is long overdue.

My guesses is that shit has happened while Puck was gone, or shit will come with Gutts.

No Elfhelm is obviously not the end.

I think they will reach there and find more answers. Then Gutts will have to make the decision of whether to heal Caska or not.

Then they will probably get some kind of upgrade, maybe to their armour/weapons (but still not enough to kill Griffith), then they go back. Back to the future.
