.wavs sounds?

Anyone know where to get .wavs or any sounds from the naruto anime? Like any sounds of a clone like when it has been activated.. or like when they start moving fast it plays like a teleport sound and stuff. Stuff like that. A better word would probably be sound effects in the anime. Or maybe in any anime since they are all the similar sound effects.
If not then my bad.
