Thank you for adding me. I think Tashigi is a representation of Kuina's true personality which is the nice and honest girl. I actually think that they are the one and same girl. There are too many coincidences, they are identical with the same personality and more importantly they are clumsy as well. Kuina died by falling from the stairs and Tashigi keeps falling as well.

I think Tashigi has gotten a lot stronger since the last time and She can even take on the pirates from the new world. The next time they meet Zoro will have to fight seriously.

Do you think Zoro will arrive in the war to fight her ? He must have learned about the incoming war for sure. I actually believe that either Nami or Robin opened the gate for Luffy and co. Whoever opened the gate means that there are actors who have not been revealed yet.

I actually think that Tashigi might be a Straw hat temporarily. That would be great. There will be great and Funny Zoro Tashigi moments. I actually see them argue a lot.

Is your user name a reference to Volgin of Metal gear solid 3 ?

Oda is known to be unpredictable. Everyone thought that Vivi would join but in fact it was Robin. Right now most people think that Hancock will jon but that might turn out to be Tashigi. Remeber what Usopp said "A beautiful lady swordman with tons of meat is coming". Maybe there is an ambiguity. Someone said that she was the perfect complement to Robin and Nami. She is really a pure good with great skills. She is less Femme fatale than Nami and Robin

By the way, when they will meet again:

Zoro: Not you again! Don't tell me that you are ashame that your breast has grown a lot! ( reference to Kuina). He almost nosebleeds.
Tashigi: How can you be so rude ! Prepare to fight!

I believe Luffy/Nami. They already act like a married couple. Ironically, Luffy is probably one of the few people she can't manipulate because he is too stupid. Luffy needs to be with Nami because they have such a fun interaction. He was affected by her happiness punch. She is the only woman who has succeed where a hell lot of women failed.

Usopp/Kaya was obvious from the start. Even the kids at his village said that he was lucky that Kaya is waiting for him.

Luffy/Vivi is not possible. She will end up with Kozah. It seems obvious that Cobra sees him as the next king of Alabasta. Kozah and Vivi love Alabasta and have a sense of responsibility. Luffy would not marry her because it wil put her in danger.

Franky/Robin. That is a tough one. I am a minority but I actually prefer Sanji and Robin. Ironically, when Sanji defeated Wanze he actually called her a Nakama. Not princess or I am the charming prince. He was different at that moment. He seems curious about her more mature beauty. Robin does not exploit him. Sanji will always remain the 3 strongest and will be insanely strong that no one will mess with him. I guess he will play Robin's guardian when the crew will part away.

Water 7 was the best example of possible pairing. Luffy and Nami teamed up a lot and there was a great chemistry.

Among all the males ,Robin actually said goodbye to Sanji. They tended to face each other a lot.

I actually see Franky going back with the Iceburg and the Franky family.

good points all around, though the point of Luffy putting Vivi in danger is kind of moot. He wouldnt care who came. He'd beat em all:laugh
thats the type of person he is. and of course, I base that pair from interaction, him saving her a good amount, the manga panels later(her finding out about his taking down Ennies Lobby)showing her understanding him best(understanding right away when she learns that Robin joins the team-after being enemy for so long).
even the latest chapter panel with her wearing a shirt saying: Pirate(she obviously enjoyed being with the crew.
plus the fact that it would be cool that she would end up with the Pirate King.

Luffy just has to earn the title really

In terms of Kohza, I didnt see too much special about him. he got shot a lot. its a miracle he's alive really XD Oda loves saving his characters
I just saw them as great friends. not future lovers.
I mean, at least a hug or kiss or something would change my mind.


but thats just me. Course, I think Sanji would fight Luffy to get Nami if it came to it. He's too obsessed when it comes to her.

I just don't know where to start. I saw the anime first by the way, just glimpses because the american dub was so horrible and awful, i made the greatest mistake of my life thinking that one piece was horrible. Anyways after seeing glimpses of it, I glimpsed at the scene where this girl with glasses comes in. I was like, well she's cute. Of course then zoro, my favorite one piece character comes in, and sort of tries to rescue her. I was like :huh. Because there was the chance for zoro and I took it. It wasn't disappointing because tashigi was cute and I feel that zoro really felt comfortable around her. After that first meeting between them, there's no doubt that zoro just isn't paired with her:nuts
