Sasori has all three hundred puppets (assume their the same as the first 100) and Pein has ONLY the three bodies that have been shown fighting. If you say rape then your tarded. Sasori may be Pein's worst nightmare due to the fact he outnumbers Pein heavily.

I think that Sasori may actually win this one. The most dangerous thing about him is that he can poison you so that defensive abilities of Fatty Pein are useless. The second that one of them gets poisoned they are probably going to lose.

Unless... The Peins are actually dead bodies that have been taken over by Ninjutsu. In that case the Bodies probably wouldn't be effected by the poison. Then all they would have to worry about is Iron Sand and I think Fatty Pein could probably absorb that.

If the Bodies are unaffected by the poison then Pein rape stomps.
If the Bodies can be affected by the poison then Sasori would probably win.

Pain hasnt shown anything speedy. He was outpaced by jiraiya and went to defensive mode. He needed the rinnengan's shared eyesight to counter.

As much as I'd hate to admit, Pain hiding inside his salamander and summon spamming alone could probably beat Sasori. The Iron Sand World Order would be a good attack but it would use too much of Sasori's chakra.

Pain would hide in his chamaleon and then oblitarates Sasori's puppets through summon spamming. I believe Itachi has better chance than Sasori against the first 3 bodies given he could probably detect the chamaleon through his sharingan reading his flow of chakra.

As far as Rinnegan doesn't cure poison Pein is fucked here.

Hidding inside Salamander doesn't help against Iron Sand, Sasori will destory everything around him until he will kill all Peins.

Pein easily. Sasori cannot do those surprise attacks like on Sakura/Chiyo due to Rinnegan's 360 vision from the 3 bodies. He'd be too slow, and be seen. Would poison even hurt Pein's? Sasori is too slow overall, and summoning pein could probably solo him sadly.

It doesn't use Sasori's chakra, it uses the Kazekage's. If Pein decides to hide in salamander Sasori simply uses Sand World Order and it gets raped. Seriously pein hasn't shown anything capable of dealing with Sasori's massive army of puppets.

pein also has an unknown but very high # of gigantic obedient summons.... you conventiontly forgot that part. sasori's 3rd kzekage puppet's attacks are absorable by fat pein. and we still dont even know the other pein's ability so it's probably something awesome that will crush sasori's fodder puppets instantly

Jiraiya couldn't even react in the the last two attacks, his arm was ripped off and his throat got smashed.

from what we have seen ? Pain owned Jiraiya with ease. How can you say that Sasori > pain ? I think 1 body would be more than enough to rape sasori. Hermit mode is haxx but even with that, Jiraiya lost.
