Sasori/Deidara vs Sasuke/Orochimaru.

Who would win this fight. Oro can't use Edo Tensei and no Manda. Sasuke can use whatever is at his disposal except Manda.

Sasori+Deidera is arguably the best combination in the manga. Putting restrictions on Oro just makes this close to a stomp in their favor.

Also, keep in mind that Dei could spam C4 Garuda without worrying about the effects on Sasori. This would make things VEEEERY hard for Oro and Sasuke.

Oro is stronger than both Sasori and Deidera...he can just regenrate a new body if he gets poisened, and Sasuke already proved that he is quite a bit better than Deidera (he was holding back throughout the fight)



I don't think Deidera would use C4 till it was too late.

Sasuke cannot see through large objetcs, this is proven against Deidara. Chapter 360, Pages 313-316. Hiruko is much thicker than that.

The way I see it, Orochimaru catches Deidara off guard from underground and does a nice old meele before getting serious, though Deidara escapes.

Deidara gets pissed and goes for Orochimaru, and while Sasori wants to fight Orochimaru, Deidara will lure him away, and Sasori is left with Sasuke.

I'm not so sure Sasule wins yet...

Sasori is a god when not facing people he "loves" and people with antidotes.

And if Deidara goes BOOM! it is all over without dimensional-warping Manda.

Sasuke is fodder when Deidara and Sasori fight together.

I think Sasuke and Orochimaru are overall, more powerful individuals than Deidara and Sasori, but the two artists are an excellent combination. The entire battlefield can be eclipsed with their art.

I think they would be a terrible team. Deidera's attacks have a large AoE, which would most likely damage Sasori's puppets, while not hitting Sasuke and Orochimaru.

I said Sasuke and Orochimaru, but it's way too close for me to say it definitively.

But they do have a lot in their favor.
-Both have Kusanagi that's supposed to 'cut through anything'. I suppose this counts puppets too.
-Both have extremely good speed for dodging things like iron blocks or escape from explosions.
-Both can still summon large snakes to block attacks, even if they're not Manda, right?
-Sasuke still has the Chidori needles to diffuse Deidara's smaller bombs.
-Both can probably take out the spammed puppets; Sasuke finished off those fodder nin, and it's probably true that Oro can do it too. Besides, if Sakura could do it, why can't they?
-Sasuke still has 'that jutsu', which should be pretty good or some shit.

The thing is, if either of them is caught with poison or, I think someone in another thread mentioned the possibility of Sasori's 'iron rain', they would probably be in a lot of trouble. C4 would also hinder them greatly as well. Would Sasuke's escape via Manda work as well with any other big snakes?

Oro probably has alot more jutsus than Edo Tensei which he obviously did for Sarutobi only. Orochimaru vs KN4 showed that he has really vast Jutsu's and that was only a glimpse. Sasuke'd win againts Deidara and if he blows himself Oro can summon defenses. Sasori's poison wouldn't do anything againts Orochimaru and Sasuke can Blitz him.

Oro's going to have a hell of a time dodging sky bombs, and Kusanagi isn't fast enough to catch Deidra. Sasori can hold either one of them (or both) long enough for Deidra to use C4. If Sasori still lives at that point, he and Deidra will work together against Sasuke (who chidoried himself) and kill him. If Sasori's heart was pierced via chidori or Kusanagi, Deidra explodes and takes Sasuke with him. The artists are the favorites in this match.
