Just before, Rita was exposing her manga plot to Mr Delicious, Doctor Eerie and Tommy. They were really skeptical.
But with Alexander's support to Rika, they all had to agree because they were overwhelmed by too much GAR.:nuts

Back with Casey and friends, Hannah was so into Casey's GAR, she hauhau'ed when he made his nice guy pose.:gar
A lot of discussion about Nurse droopy-tan and cheese, it was so scary I don't want to freak you out.:iik
Mr Delicious came later at the fiesta, Milly didn't seem to enjoy what was happening next.:confused

Dr Eerie and Alexander had a private fiesta on their own, they were so much into ringtones.:oh

At the end, Sally finally appeared at the Fiesta with her mom.:kloff
They met Mr Delicious, and he suddenly decided to stop his Smithson lolis' obsession and stalk more mature women like Nurse droopy-tan.
Delicious also convinced some buddies to come along with him in next fiestas.

I don't mind the episode being "slow", since 20 is mostly about preparing for an all-out war against Miyo. I now understand why the next episode is entitled "48 Hours", since it goes with the fake death plan for Rika - something that Miyo always does. It would be nice to see Miyo take a dose of her own medicine, hence seeing her go mad in the preview. :P

Seeing Rika and Akasaka meet again was very touching. And I'm pretty much intrigued if Akasaka will do the :gar stuff he did in that extra "piece". :laugh

On another note, it's rather interesting to see some villagers (especially Oryou) actually getting concerned with Satoko. Yeah, the old lady said it right. Now, everything seems to be in place. Let's just see if there would be some screw-ups later on. But of course, we all know that it's a good end for this arc, yes? :nod

I wonder how Ooishi would react knowing Irie killed the person he looks up to? Granted, he was gonna die anyway because of L5 being uncureable at the time. It's cruel for Irie to keep that a secret from him.
